Reply created 7 Mar 2020Perhaps this is the wrong company or got the techs name wrong? We have no Kris. However I'm glad your oven is working and you had good service!

Reply created 26 Jan 2019Unfortunately your machine was unaccessible, like our tech had mentioned. It was stuck inside a closet as a stacker. We quoted on a suspension repair as we could not get the machine out and really had to guestimate. It was your responsibility to make the machine accessible for the tech which even as a team wasn't happening. You later mentioned a moving team had to get the machine out and when they went to install your new machines they noticed the shipping bolts. It was free for a tech to come back after the machine was removed but you decided to buy new. Had you decided to get the repair done the machine would have been accessible and the bolts would have been noticed and removed for much less than the quoted suspension repair. I know you trying to paint us in the most unprofessional light you can because you want your money back, but no one swore at you on the phone. I stated very clearly that you have to have the machine Accessible, some times our guys can squeeze in and out or wiggle it around to check on it but yours was too tight in the closet. I'm sorry you chose the route you did and like you wish we could have accessed the back and everyone would have been happy. The guys you should be upset with are the ones who originally installed it after your move.
