Brae first came to check on an air conditioner that was on it's last legs. He was ahead of schedule, explained everything, gave me options, and provided a quote for a new A/C unit, all without any pressure or shady sales tactics. He was polite, professional, and probably the best service provider I've ever dealt with. After going ahead with the new A/C, he even rescheduled a day earlier and came early in the morning, right on time. His team were all the same - polite, professional, and worked hard to get everything completed. If you need anything done on your HVAC, Brae is absolutely the guy to call.

I thought for sure that I would need a new a/c unit (17 years old) when it would not turn on but Brae showed up on the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed that I only needed an inexpensive capacitor replaced - saving me hundred of dollars on the cost of a new unit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a furnace or an a/c issue.

I was referred to Brae by my brother whom himself had been referred to Brae a year earlier. He came to my home the same evening that I contacted him and spent the time to check my 24 year old units and make suggestions and options for my situation. Prior to the installation date, Bray took the time to pass by my house at my request to get my old a/c unit working long enough to get my family through the heatwave (Canada Day weekend). The installation was done within a couple hours by the guys from True North Home Comfort who covered my flooring with a rubber runner mat from the front door, down the stairs, and right into the furnace room. When they were done, you could even tell that they were there- absolutely no mess anywhere. As mentioned, not only did Brae go out of his way on Canada Day, but he also came by after the install when I was having some online registration issues. He is a true professional who went above and beyond true customer service. If you are looking for a genuine, knowledgeable HVAC professional who puts his customers first, consider Brae Daly who as I mentioned came via referral for good reasons.

Install new airconditioning unit. Brae was to the point and knowledgeable. Would recommend without hesitation.

We called Brae Daly during the recent heat wave when our old air conditioning system stopped working. Brae responded immediately and had the system up and running again within 60 minutes of our call. The timely and courteous response, along with the reasonable price, far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely call Brae again if we need assistance with any heating/air conditioning repairs.

I called Brae and told him my Central A/C wasnt working and he said he'd be at my place in 30mins. Sure enough, less than 30mins later, he arrived. Very professional. He diagnosed and repaired my unit in under 30mins and at an amazing price. He was very straight forward and thorough. He explained the problem and his repair. I highly recommend him. I've already given his name and number to friends and family within the area.

Wow I’m so impressed!! Thank you BRAE for your quick response!! Called BRAE and he was over in half hour to fix our issue. Very honest, true to his word and on time. Also quick turn around for our unit to be fixed!! Would recommend him in a heart beat!

June 2016. For my rental property. After two well know companies in the Durham region tried to convince me I needed a new air conditioner, I decided to get another opinion. I found Brae Daly on Kijiji and he responded in a timely manner. Within 20 minutes Brae had located the problem and said it was a simple repair that wasn't too expensive to fix. Keep in mind the unit is now 21 years old and is still running with no issues, thanks to Brae. Most of the larger companies just want to upsell and install new units, whereas Brae is an experienced service technician who can trouble shoot and repair. Brae was very prompt at getting back to me after my initial contact. He was very quick to book an appointment that worked with our schedule and showed up exactly when he said he would. Even though our furnace was not producing the issue that we had been having, he found an issue with our furnace that could have been the culprit. Brae made the necessary repair and assured me that if we had any problems to give him a call and he would come back, which was not necessary as the problem was fixed!
