I recently had a new furnace installed by Brae and his crew. The process went very smoothly and they were very professional and caring in their installation. I will continue to use Brae's company should the need arise and would recommend them anytime. He is very knowledgeable and easily conveys that to his customer. Thank you Brae and crew.

Brae is a professional to be truly appreciated. During a heatwave in 2019 Brae came out to service our AC which had failed us. We ended up having to replace the unit, and Brae made this painless. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things in a simple and honest manner. In the fall of 2019 we also had Brae replace our furnace. Again, this was an easy process and everything was left tidy. This past week we had an issue with getting our furnace to go on. Within minutes, Brae replied to an email that I sent. He quickly helped me out through email exchanges and got the furnace going again. It was not a problem with the furnace but with our thermostat. I highly recommend Brae if you need any heating or AC work. He is a pleasure to work with and can be counted on to be professional and responsive. Thanks Brae!

Daly Home Comfort installed a Lennox furnace last year and a Lennox AC unit in May 2020. The installation was professional, with canvas matting on the floor from front door to basement to prevent any mess. One technician did the outside work while the other did the inside installation. The technicians cleaned up thoroughly after the installation and of course Brae's pricing is always competitive. I highly recommend Daly Home Comfort for HVAC installs.

My AC stopped working during the current heatwave. Brae answered my call immediately and arrived within an hour to fix the issue within minutes. He provided some helpful maintenance suggestions and a quote for upgrading the now 15 yr old system. Brae provides excellent customer service and his rates are decent and honest. I would highly recommended his services to anyone, my family and friends.

Just moved into a new house and immediately ran into an issue with the AC condensate pump spilling water all over the floor. I found out about Brae as he left a sticker from when he serviced the house before and I gave him a call. He was able to fix/replace the pump quickly and gave very good advice about the AC setup that I have. I had him come back again to service/health check my AC unit and furnace, fix a wiring problem with my Nest Thermostat and resolve an airflow issue in the upstairs. Very easy to talk to, takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and payment is very easy. Through this whole process of moving and having trades in and out, Brae is one who I have really lucked out on. I really like his straight forward approach and look forward to working with him for the years to come. Will definitely work with Brae on the big job of replacing the AC unit next year.

First let me say that our unit is more than 40 years old. You got to love a guy who answers his calls and messages, shows up at the appointed time, fixes the issues with no bull~^~_. No sales pitch or high pressure tactics. Guess what...we are buying a new unit from him when the peak season is over. Highly recommend this fellow and his company.

Once it became time to replace our 20+ year old furnace and AC, Brae was our first and only choice. He had helped us out before during an ice storm years ago when we had an issue with a furnace ignitor. Brae and his crew are nothing but professional, efficient and courteous. Any questions or concerns have been answered in a timely manner. Brae was straight to the point with our home's needs with no upsell. Highly recommend.

Our A/C unit broke down during a hot spell in early June. With the unit being 17 years old, we knew we should buy a new one rather than fix it. I wanted to support a locally situated A/C company in Durham. Brae's company is located in Oshawa. He gave a quote on a Lennox model and we even got an earlier installation date due to a cancellation. Good thing because a heat wave was forecast for the next few days. He and his crew were able to answer all my questions. He even registered my A/C unit for me on the Lennox website before I could. I'm glad I went with Brae's company.

Very impressed with Daly Home Comfort company. We had problems with heating as well as air conditioning systems. On both occasions we received a fast response, honest inspection and outstanding service. 100% recomend to everyone.
