We have used Daly Home Comfort twice now. Brae and his team installed an AC unit in our new home. The price was comparable with other quotes that we got. What really set him apart was the customer service - at no point did it feel like he was trying to upsell us to make more money, and I felt like he was honest and upfront about our options and the cost. The work was done in a timely manner, within the defined time period and within the quoted price. Brae also helped us with our furnace when it stopped working on New Years' Day. He was at our house within an hour, transparent about the extra cost because it was a holiday, and found the problem quickly. Although he didn't have the part on hand, he picked it up and came back the next day when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Daly Home Comfort and plan to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Brae is very flexible on time. We got everything done promptly and in rather short time. Depending on your needs, they may recommend/provide appliance as well, so it is basically a turn-key work. We are very glad with result.

Furnace stopped working on the coldest night so far this year. Daily Home Comfort responded to my call and were at my house in an hour. Problem quickly diagnosed and a number of options offered to fix it. I opted for a new furnace as the broken one was quite dated. It was supplied and installed the following day. Very Very happy with the cost and service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Fast, Courteous, reasonably priced and quality work. Thankyou

Brae has dealt with our furnace for the last two years. He is honest, up front, and straight to the point. I respect his work and honesty and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him.

I just moved in 1 month ago, and I didn't realize that the thermostat wasn't working properly, but I should of because the air conditioner would not go on. I was BBQing last night and had the heat on but the air-conn was also on at the same time. I immediately looked up Homestars .ca and Brae got back to me. He came and diagnosed the problem and said that the thermostat was wired wrong. I also bought a new thermostat from him . This call cost $180.00. $80.00 for the visit and $100.00 for the thermostat. He really looked after us and I will be calling him in spring to maintain my furnace and air-conn. I would highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much Brae.

We are very impressed with Brae from the day of the quote until completion of the furnace installation. Brae takes time to explain everything, is very friendly and altogether a nice, knowledgeable guy. Brae and his technicians were professional along with being very efficient. When they left, there was nothing to clean up. Would highly recommend Brae and his team and would not hesitate to deal with him in the future.

Brae and his team installed a central A/C unit in our new-to-us house and we couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the installation. The price was competitive and Brae did not alter the quoted price despite us having a few surprises during the install. Also I have had a few after-installation questions and Brae has been great at answering them. Very happy with the service.

Brae and his crew were fantastic! I called Brae to fix my aging A/C, and while he was here fixing the A/C, I asked for a quote on replacing my aging furnace. The quote was reasonable and I was able to book the furnace replacement in two short days working around my work schedule. They were extremely flexible and performed the work fast and efficient. They provided me with all the details of the installation before and after. He is very organized in providing quotes, and sending the warranty information to the product supplier.
