Great company, and a great job
We worked with JD design and build to do our 2 storey renovation. It was a challenging job but they were great to work with. Joe's open and collaborative approach really made things a lot easier for us. He kept us in loop with any changes that came up as we went through, it is a 100 year old home so there were several unexpected challenges. They finished on time, and we're fairly priced. What impressed us most was the service after the job was done, Joe remained responsive and timely in his his responses to any issues that popped up and fixed them promptly and without any hassles. Great guy and a great company I have, and will recommend him.

Master bathroom and ensuite renovation
Excellent service, quality workmanship and professionalism was provided for 2 full bathroom renovations. All my needs were met, pricing was good and everything was completed with care and on time. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

House construction
Joe and his team gave me a short timeline, great price and fixed other things I didnt even know how could be done. Will use again.

Repair-repaint kitchen ceiling, install bathroom fan and repaint
I had a water leak upstairs which damaged my kitchen ceiling, so it needed to be repaired and then repainted. As well, bathroom needed a 2nd exhaust fan added and then repaint with 'spa' (water resistant) paint ceiling and walls. All work was done efficiently and well, and the workers were very friendly as well as doing a good job. The company owner (Joe) kept in regular touch. The work was done in Mississauga. I will use them again for any handyman work or painting.

Basement Renovation
Finished basement looked fantastic. Electrical, framing, drywall, plumbing, etc. were all done. Drawings were professionally done and approved by the city to finalize a second dwelling. Well organized and deadlines were met. Overall very good job and would recommend to others.

Pot lights, high bay lights, electric heater
The service JD provided was excellent and productive. JD explained the process and time line. They completed everything as expected and within the time line they gave us. Very professional,clean, and affordable. If you need pot lights, electric heaters or any other interior work done, residential or commercial I would refer you to JD design and build inc. call joe!
