From the get-go, the salesperson, Sid was very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. He ALWAYS returned my calls and answered every question I had which I very much appreciated. The installers were very clean, polite and efficient. After dealing with rude window installers in the past, I did not expect this at all and I was pleasantly surprised. They also came on time! The windows were of very good quality, and I am now enjoying seeing my back garden better. I will recommend this company anytime.

I would like to thank Sid and his team for providing exceptional customer service. We hired Sid to replace our bay window that was leaking and he provided the options and assured me that I will not have any water leaks. Sure enough that was installed by Sid and Simon in May of 2019 and there has not been any water leaks and the bay window looks beautiful. This year we had water come into our basement and I reached out to Sid for suggestions as he is very knowledgeable and I trust his opinion. Sid came out promptly the next day to assess our patio door and communicated possible options of water leak and helped me navigate and understand the causes. There are very few people who take the time with their customer's to help them fix a problem that may not help them sell their product. Sid once again went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He provided a reasonable solution that was cost effective and I had the pleasure of having Sid and Jerry fix my patio door. Jerry is an exceptional installer he has years of experience and great attention to detail and took the time to install my patio door. Lifetime Windows and Doors truly stands behind the word "Lifetime" as when I reached out to Sid after 5 years he remembered me and promptly came out to assess the patio door problem that was poorly installed by another company. We sincerely appreciate your assistance, knowledge and taking the time out of your vacation and busy schedule once again to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you Sid.

We are extremely happy with all aspects of the windows and customer service we received from Lifetime Windows. They provided the best windows and best service of any of the companies we received quotes from. The customer service from Sid was professional and friendly. The windows, manufactured by Dayside Windows, are of excellent quality and exceed the standards required to receive the green energy gov't rebate. Lifetime Windows used the best in the business installer- Jerry. The installation is as important as the windows- and we were very happy with Jerry who took great care to ensure the highest quality installation. We had a complete brick to brick window and frame replacement vs retrofit in the old frame so that all the foaming and sealing around the windows would ensure the best air sealing. We saw that Jerry did a good job of filling all the spaces around the window with the foam. The interior finishing of the trims and exterior finishing of the caulking was impeccable. We are very very happy with the whole experience and absolutely love our windows.

First and foremost our experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors was amazing from start to finish. Before we came across this company, we had 4 other quotes (all tried to sell us their product and the extreme high cost to replace our windows) We meet Sunny and he was personable, honest and we did not feel rushed or pushed to go with his company. The price was competitive and within our budget. We also liked the windows were made from a Canadian company. Not too long after we met the contractor Simon and he was very kind and professional. The day of installation was smooth. Simon and his team came right on time, did a fabulous job, cleaned up, even put the baby gate back on that had to be removed for easy access upstairs. We had half the windows replaced in our home and look forward to getting the rest of our windows done. Thank you for making a Reno that we thought would be stressful and a lot of work, very easy, smooth and overall a quick process.

We recently had several of our windows replaced, and they turned out beautiful! We directly met with Sunny to initially discuss options, and he was able to provide various suggestions using his expertise. We were able to find great quality and style that fit our budget. Jerry completed the demolition and installation of the new windows in a timely manner, and the results were fantastic. The overall experience was great; professional, knowledgeable, great overall communication and easy to talk to - definitely one of the best (if not the best) in the industry; would highly recommend this company to others.

Lifetime Windows and Doors is the perfect service. I made an incredibly stupid mistake when moving into my new apartment and busted a neighbors window - they needed it done before they were showing the place to renters in the next few days, and everywhere I talked to told me that it would take at least 2 weeks to complete. As soon as I heard back from Lifetime and explained my story and that I was a recent grad who wanted to choose the best possible rate, they got me a repairman within 24 hours and fixed it up right away WITH the best rate I heard after speaking with 5 services. If you need something prepared - you would be silly not to call Lifetime windows and Doors!
