Carl was very friendly and efficient. I felt he was very thorough and walked me through his whole inspection, speaking in terms that I would understand. I felt very relieved after he finished and his inspection put my mind at ease since we are buying an older home (1991). He answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was very professional. I will gladly recommend Odds On to anyone I know buying a house.
