I had Carl Gibbons. Very personable and I liked that he showed me what he was doing and how it works!

Booking through the website was simple and replies were prompt. Carl arrived earlier than scheduled. Communicated expectations and provided a summary of what to expect and encouraged questions throughout the process. He completed task in a methodical and respectful manner. Upon completion of the inspection, an informative summary session followed where all questions were answered and tips were provided. The 60+ page report is very thorough and detailed providing observation/recommendation comments with supporting educational content. Carl's professionalism combined with expertise/knowledge surpassed our expectations.

I was very impressed with our home inspector Chris. He was friendly and professional. He completed the inspection and then went through it in an easily explainable way. Would definitely recommend him.

Overall fantastic work I was very pleased to have the inspection completed as it was another set of eyes. However, hesitant to provide assessment of certain building materials and their apparent possibility of containing hazardous materials. Understandably answer a question to which you cannot answer with certainty is difficult, knowing the gutt feeling of the inspector would be appreciated as they are more familiar with the building materials in the area in housing construction. We just had a home inspection done on a house we are purchasing. I must say, Chris from Odds on Home Inspection was fabulous. He was very thorough and searched what looked like every nook and cranny in the house. He has thermo technology to look for dampness and temperature change in areas. His home report was easy to read, and very informative with every part of the house broken down into sections. I would highly reccomend Odds on Home Inspection for any inspections you might need in the future.
