Odds on Home Inspections were recomended to me by a friend who had used them a few years ago and I was very happy that I hired them. I had Alex do a full home inspection on a very old home that I am looking to buy, he was so thorough and helpful. The home is over a 100 years old which is rare in Calgary however he really knew his stuff. Alex took the time to explained his findings and recommendations. He was very objective and straightforward and patiently answered all of my questions. The report that they provided me with was very easy to read, no technical jargon and again very thorough and proved very useful for getting my homeowners insurance quote. I would definitely recommend the services to anyone in need of a home inspection.
