Paul came out to do a house inspection on a house I was looking to purchase. Paul was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was told the issues he had noticed with the home. I really enjoyed the final report on the inspection and found the thermal images extremely cool! We ended up purchasing the home and look forward to many years in it. I was referred to odds on homes by a friend who used the service and will definitely recommend this service to others. 100% satisfied!

They visually inspected everything from top to bottom, great job! Showed me photos of thermal imaging and pointed out any issues they saw throughout the inspection. The detailed report was then emailed to me not long after.

Alex did my house inspection for the first house I have bought on my own. He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and very informative. As someone who is new to doing a lot of home repairs it was wonderful to have someone be able to show me what things needed immediate attention and which things I could address in the coming months/years. Inspector did a good job and did note that there was no master shutoff valve for water to the unit. At that point, and perhaps before, it would have been appropriate to check whether the individual shutoffs to each tap and toilet worked as intended. Many did not upon further testing. Required plumber to come in and replace defective valves. Not something in report.
