The inspector was great: on time, polite and friendly, helpful, answered tons of questions with know-how and was extremely thorough. The report we received was extremely detailed, with tons of pictures (regular and thermal), observations on issues/concerns, recommendations for better usage or future improvement, explanations of care and use. Very happy, would recommend!
