Ray did an inspection on a home I am purchasing. He is very thorough and went through everything. It took a bit of persistence, but he ended up finding a leaky toilet that otherwise would have been missed. I appreciated him taking the extra time to find the leak.

On the morning of July 21st I had scheduled a home inspection with Odds On Home Inspection. We arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule to find Ray Murphy already up on the roof inspecting the shingles. Ray was very cordial and made us feel comfortable right away. He worked without stopping the entire time until the inspection was complete. When he was finished he went right through the inspection process and informed us as to his finding. That afternoon we received his full report via email. We were very pleased with Ray Murphy and Odds On Home Inspection.
