Odds On Home Inspections reviews (1112)

I was very happy with the inspection. The inspector (Simon) was knowledgeable and thorough and although I'm quite observant, the inspector caught everything I came across and more. The inspection tools used, especially the temperature scanner was able to detect a small water leak that would have gone unnoticed with the naked eye alone. The report had photos of the rooms along with the images from the heat scanner which would have highlighted any deficiencies in insulation and/or air leaks around the exterior walls/ceilings. The report also had recommendations for the reduction or prevention of future issues. Follow up questions to the inspector were addressed in a timely manner. Over all, I would highly recommend using Odds on Inspections and would certainly use them again for their knowledge, thoroughness, friendliness and fair prices.

Dan was fantastic and took the time to explain everything to me as I am a first time homebuyer. The inspection was a breeze and he was very thorough, I feel fully confident in the inspection that was performed. I also feel better as a new homeowner, because he took the time to explain to me all the details around the furnace/water tank/humidity control/air-conditioning/ect, how to use them efficiently, as well as how to turn them on and off in case of emergency. I would absolutely recommend this company, as well as Dan, to anybody requiring a home inspection.

Chris showed up early and really took his time to check for anything and everything we may need to know about the house. He even took some extra time to give a recommendation for home services I needed at my other property. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

These guys made getting a home inspection a smooth and efficient process! Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable in what he was doing. He made sure I understood how to check certain home functions and what to do/where to go if something ever went astray. I would highly recommend him and his team!
