Chris arrived slightly ahead of the appointed time and had already started inspecting the exterior of the house. Once the realtor arrived, we had access to the house and Chris was able to start checking the interior. Over the next two hours, he completed a very comprehensive inspection culminating with a complete review of everything he had noted. Later the same evening, he emailed his report, including all the photographs he had taken. Based on Chris' report, we felt confident enough to remove this condition from the house sale.
