Very professional and thorough inspection. Brent was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He drove from okotoks to didsbury and was there before our appt time and had already started his inspection. He was honest and had integrity. A thorough Inspection of the apartment condominium was completed in approximately one hour followed by a brief discussion of possible issues that were also outlined in a very comprehensive report received later the same day. A very satisfactory inspection in my opinion.
