We were very happy with Ray, our inspector as he was both thorough and informative of all the features and concerns. He also recommend experts to address any concern, and what was both a high or low concern.

Complete, well explained (including limitations and why), friendly, knowledgeable. Simon was very easy to deal with and answered our questions completely.

The inspection went well I learned somethings that as a first time home buyer I didn’t know so that’s good!!
