Simon was very through and detailed in his inspection including recommended actions to take for any items identified. Second time using them and very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

Friendly and professional. Our inspector Carl was an absolute gentleman and professional. He answered any questions we had during the inspection. After it was done we recieved a very detailed and easy to understand report that same day. Affordable price too.

Dan was great! I appreciated how thorough he was. As a first time buyer, I was glad to see him take his time and be as thorough as possible. He is clearly passionate about what he does and is very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help with some minor cosmetic fixes as we went along.

Dan was awesome - VERY friendly, VERY knowledgeable! We are first time home buyers, and he really took the time to explain every aspect of the home inspection process to us. He showed us every little thing around the house, even the smallest cosmetic flaws, and even gave us some tips and tricks to help fix and/or freshen up the home!

Chris was able to arrange a booking for a home inspection for a Sunday morning, with less than 48 hours' notice. Simon arrived on Sunday morning and did an excellent job of inspecting the property and providing us with a ton of useful information about the home, with great tips about access, general functionality of the home's utilities and suggestions for preventative maintenance actions. We would be happy to work with Odds On Home Inspections again, and can recommend them.
