David repaired my 15 year old furnace without pressuring me to replace it. The inducer motor & blower for my 15 year old furnace was not easy to find but David was able to find one. He informed me of the risks of repairing the 15 year old furnace, the options and the costs. I felt empowered to make an informed decision. I chose Lancelot because the ratings clearly showed that they repair older furnaces rather than pressure the owner to replace furnaces, and of course because of the glowing reviews. I can safely say that Lancelot lived up to the reviews and to my expectations. If you are worried about getting bad advice to replace instead of repair a furnace, then you can feel confident with talking to Lancelot.

We had had three quotes to find out what was wrong with one of our furnaces. The first Two said to replace both furnaces and probably the water tank. One of them did say the gas valve was the problem, the valve would be $1400.00 dollars plus installation. Lancelot said the valve was faulty, approx $600.00 for valve and labor on top. The first quote was over $18.000.00, the 2nd was $14,500.00 (ish) and the final repair was $800.00. There was an issue with the first valve but he stuck with it and changed it up and everything works fine now!! Great job!

David is very responsive and knowledgable. I have a friend who also does Furnance repair, but is semi retired. I had my friend review the estimate and he felt the prices were fair. I haven't had any problems since the repair was completed.

Repaird and replaced capacitor, cleaned the ignator and measure all possible fails. Also checked the humidifier. Changed after his recommendation

Almost $400 to 2 min of work and a $10 part because 4:30 is considered outside regular business hours. And who knew, furnace technicians now ask for tips!

First of all, it was easy to book and very easy to communicate. Prompt responses. David came on time, giving 15 min reminders. No nonsense, straight to the point, very diligent, marked all wiring. Identified other problems and fixed them promptly. Comes across as very honest, decent and knowledgeable. When I had a different furnace issue, I called him straight away and I would not go anywhere else!

David replaced a leaking humidifier and serviced my older furnace. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me. He was friendly and educated me in the future care and maintenance of the furnace. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We live in a 70s home with a lot of quirks. I always put my trust in Lancelot because they are amazing advisors and their customer service is above and beyond! They are so friendly, and wildly knowledgable, and they always explain what they are doing and why (which makes us more knowledgable about our home too!) We will go with them anytime--we love them!
