Weve been using Lancelot for years now to help maintain our furnace. David is always quick to respond, shows up on time, friendly, professional and honest. Weve never been pressured into anything or felt like he just wants to make a sale.

To the future clients of Lancelot Furnace: I have used Lancelot Furnace's services for several years and have been consistently impressed with their technical knowledge and their client & service focused work ethic. They have come to our rescue several times when our older furnace has stopped working and I have always been very impressed with their ability to troubleshoot incidents remotely and arrive quickly with the necessary parts to get us back up and running quickly. Recently, our furnace started making some noise and since it was 20+ years old, we reached out to the team at Lancelot Furnace for a quote to have it replaced. The quote was provided online and after reviewing our options, we decided to purchase a new furnace and opted to add air conditioning at the same time. We were easily able to select the furnace and AC that we wanted and were even given the option to have it financed at the same time. The install process took the team about a day and the owner even came back to tweak some settings to make the AC work a bit more efficiently. We have now had the new heating & cooling units in place for a few weeks and they are working great! I especially like how they interact with our smart thermostat and can keep the temperature within a range we set. I highly recommend the team at Lancelot Furnace and would suggest calling them first for your maintenance needs as well as for any upgrades to your homes heating & cooling systems! Dave came to us through a friends reference. He was very thorough in troubleshooting our issue. Daves evaluation revealed not enough current going to the Nest thermostat. Over a period of about 36 months the low voltage issue caused an induction motor and circuit board needing to be replaced, luckily furnace parts were still under warranty! Dave referred an electrician who installed an additional wire and furnace is functioning 99.9%. I will use Dave again and highly recxomend him for your mechanical (HVAC) needs.

Furnace failed on a -20C Saturday night necessitating an after hours service call. Lancelot responded to text requesting service promptly and was on-site within ~12hrs. Despite an additional part being required, David provided a temporary workaround to get furnace running. Followed up promptly next day to complete repair with required part. Excellent, highly recommend!
