I was shopping for new roof past 3 month, Demian and his team were highly recommend so I've decided to use them . We had to postpone work for one day due to the rain but everything else was professionally done. Guys came on time , and everything went smooth. They consulted with me 5 times before they drill the hole for Sun tunnel. My neighbors and me are very happy with their work. My staircase has no window so this sun tunnel came like BINGO ! So beautiful, I am very pleased with quality of work and reasonable price. Everything was explained clearly with no hidden charges. I wish every contractor does this quality of work. Thank you so much again, I will keep recommending you to my friends and co-workers.

Damian came to provide a quote with several options. He provided multiple selection of shingles to choose the quality, colour and expense. We were not looking for the cheapest products. We are comfortable knowing that we did receive the best value of products, workmanship and customer service. We found them to be very professional, thorough and efficient. I was very impressed that they placed tarps on the back deck and in the front and side yards to protect from any fallen debris. Our roof looks great, really happy with the finished quality. The crew were friendly and courteous. You could tell they were putting in effort the whole job. Damien and Emily educated us and walked us through the process leading up to the job with a number of decisions and reconsiderations on our part. Great job team.

A last rush call to 'Nailed It', really put me a better peace of mind. I explained my situation and an approximate quote over the phone was provided. I asked for the service ASAP and responded saying they can do the work the same day they took my call. We schedule a time and two hardworking service men by the name of Hugo and Nacho were on time. They called just before arriving to ensure that I was available. Excellent service completed in a relatively timely manner. No fuss no hassles. These guys knew exactly what to do and had all the necessary equipment to do the work. I had a leaky roof and every time it rains water would drip into our bedroom. I talked with Nailed It and they had a crew out in 2 hours. They took before and after photos and explained to me the problem. They quickly went to work and fixed the leak. Hugo and Nacho patched up the roof and fixed the leaking chimney flashing. They made sure I understood what was the cause and explained how they fixed it. If I ever have any roofing needs I will call these guys for sure. Not only was there price very competitive, the process was seamless; having everything explained to me in-depth ahead of time with all options being presented and recommendations being made by the owner. The shingles on my roof were beginning to lift, so I knew it was time to get them replaced. After booking an initial meeting with Nailed It Roofing, Mark came by to discuss our options and to provide an estimate. He answered all of our questions honestly and walked us through the installation process. After a few days of considering our options, we decided to hire Nailed It Roofing. On the day of installation, Damian and his crew arrived immediately after the weather cleared and they went to work quickly. The old shingles and the leftover garbage from the installation process were disposed of and the work site was clean at the end of the day. After the installation, Damian did a guided walk through to show the final product. The new roof looks great. Thanks to everyone at Nailed It!

It’s important to me to get a job done well the first time. I’ve seen too many times where people get a discounted deal or questionable quality all because of the price. I just want a really good job done the first time! I think I paid a fair and reasonable price for a professional and outstanding job replacing my roof shingles. Not only did they use satellite image information to measure my roof (pretty cool, I think) and used top notch shingles, the team installed it used all the right safety equipment and cleaned up great afterwards. I even had a few neighbours remark about how skilled and focused the team was that put the roof on. In any event, I would recommend this company to anyone who cares about getting a really good job done. After all, your roof is the only thing between your home and all that water coming down.

Replaced my roof and accessories on 21 Aug 2019, with asphalt shingles. Roof was badly damaged on 04may2018 storm, which I fixed myself. Took me a year of shopping around, reading and examining replacement options (metal vs asphalt etc.) Before finally settling with this roofer and his product. My year long of research demonstrated that there are a lot of fly-by-nighters and dishonest folks in this industry. I can assure you that Damian will provide you with a fair quote and will appropriately counsel his clients as to their needs. The guys came on a pretty hot day and worked tirelessly through the day. From what I observed, the roof was installed according to the manufacturers requirement and industry standard. My experience with them is that Nailed it roofing holds the utmost highest standard in the roofing industry in terms of workmanship, product quality and customer satisfaction. They are widely regarded the best in Mississauga, but I would say in the whole GTA.
