Ryan replaced my mid efficiency furnace on short notice during the latest cold snap. Very friendly, good work.

Ryan was fast, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I called on a Saturday to tell him about my furnace and by Monday he had everything in hand to get the job done. Very professional and cares about the quality of his workmanship, recommended to all my friends and family.

Excellent and professional service. Efficiently diagnosed the issue with the fireplace, then returned for another visit to successfully troubleshoot a separate issue that came up. Lawrence did an excellent job of servicing our 2 gas fireplaces and ensuring everything was in good working order and safe. He performed a thorough check of all of the gas lines/valves to ensure everything was working correctly. He was also very meticulous and spent the time necessary to clean the fireplaces fully and to sand/paint them and replace all of the embers. They look great.

Ryan was professional and very prompt in dealing with my request for service. Our fireplace is only two years old, but they do require regular maintenance (cleaning) and gas line checks, so it was time. Also, we had experienced the fireplace spontaneously turning off for no explained reason. Ryan noted that our decor light switch may be the culprit (they are known to conflict with the fireplace switch) and changed that with a regular toggle switch and was able to accommodate our two different switch styles with a face plate that does double duty. They gave us excellent service, were pleasant and we will definitely use his services again. Thanks!

Our fireplace hadn't been touched in 10 years and after it no longer ignited, I called Ryan to drop by. He and his partner Lawrence did an awesome job cleaning the entire thing and Ryan fixed the ignition problem by swapping out the wall switch. I called on a Friday and the job was done on Monday. Is a rarity to see this kind of responsiveness in Calgary. Would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone.

Ryan was tasked with checking out my gas fireplace which had not been looked at since the house was build over 19 years ago. He discovered the issue and quickly remedied the problem but also thoroughly cleaned out the fireplace and saved it from its rusting state. He also asked me if I wanted to maintain the fireplace as a show piece or have a blower installed to generate the heat to the room. Of course I went for this option ..... it seemed pointless to have a fireplace just wasting potential energy. End result - my fireplace looks and acts brand new and I'm actually using it quite a bit now. Thanks Ryan for the absolutely courteous and professional service ... I highly recommend this company .... you will not be sorry.

Ryan was awesome! My house was listed for sale and my gas fireplace wasn't working properly. Ryan responded to my emails right away and came to the house to have a look. He put blankets down on the carpet etc so nothing would get dirty and diagnosed the problem in no time. He had the parts needed with him and he had everything working in no time at all. Definitely would recommend Ryan!

I had Ryan come by, as my fireplace was not working. In addition, it was long overdue for a cleaning. Ryan was great. He called to make a reservation, and then phoned when he was on his way. This got him to my place right in time. He was very knowledgable and informative, and asked questions when he needed to. He did a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace. He removed all of the pieces one by one, and cleaned all of them. He vacuumed all the areas, cleaned the soot out, and cleaned both sides of the glass. He even spray painted the fireplace black, and had it looking like new. The issue was from the wall switch being toast, which he quickly remedied. He also checked for gas leaks, connectivity to the wires, and had great recommendations for fireplace maintenance. All in all, a great experience, and his customer service was great. His great review on here is well deserved, and I recommend him to anyone that needs any sort of work done on their fireplace!
