Ryan is very professional and provides an excellent service. He was on time and very pleasant. We have a two sided fireplace upstairs and a single downstairs and did a great job servicing both. I will definitely be using Ryan in the future for all my fireplace servicing.

Extremely impressed and happy with the purchase and installation of my new fireplace by Ryan My Fireplace Guy. Ryan was a very knowledgeable and helpful resource when choosing the right replacement fireplace for my home. He gave an accurate estimate and installation date, and followed through with it. The delivery and installation was first rate. Ryan was very respectful of my home, did a professional and meticulous installation, and finished the job with an informative demonstration and a thorough cleanup. I would highly recommend!!

We had Ryan out this morning to service our fireplace and furnace. The house is nearly 9 years old and the fireplace had never been done so it was long overdue. It was better than new when Ryan was done with it! He did the inspection, cleaned it all out, painted over some little rust spots, cleaned the glass, replaced the glowing embers, and installed a fan so it throws more heat. He did a great job and was very professional, arriving on time and covering the carpet with a drop sheet.

Ryan is very efficient in his work and provided excellent service and advice. He took great care to provide a clean work space and when he was done there was no garbage for us to clean up or dispose of.

I contacted Ryan for a fireplace service. He was able to come earlier than arranged which was nice. He cleaned the fireplace, painted the box, adjusted the pilots and made sure there were no leaks. It looks great now and we are ready for the heating season. He explained what he was doing as he was going and asked if we had any questions. I would recommend Ryan My Fireplace Guy.

Ryan's service was polite, knowledgable and extremely prompt. His willingness to fit in a service call within 24 hours of being contacted, as well as the additional information he provided made the experience very good. I would glady recommend Ryan (and already have to a couple of friends) anytime someone needs help with their fireplace.

Supply and installation of a gas fireplace. Prices were very competetive and workmanship was top notch.

We booked Ryan to come in to clean and maintain our two gas fireplaces. He found a damaged part in our upstairs unit and attempted to search for a replacement part, but it was no longer available due to our unit's age. We were fortunate he found the deficiency as it could have been dangerous for our family. He then proceeded to reattach our basement unit due to a shoddy original installation. He did a return trip to finish the job and we are very grateful for his conscientious efforts. We will need a new unit upstairs and we will definitely call Ryan to help us out.
