Spray-Net Ottawa West came in and repainted our brown colour kitchen doors to "Wickham grey" doors, in a couple days. Staff were excellent -friendly and helpful. What a transformation!

We are extremely happy with this company. From the beginning we dealt with Mario he is really great at explaining everything and getting back to us very promptly. Then we dealt with Cal to set up the outdoor washing and when the painting would be done. From the time we decided to go with this company to getting it done was very quickly which was amazing. We had Brandon come and do the washing of the house he has amazing customer service hard worker and so kind. Then we dealt with Sunni and his crew for the painting they were a great group of guys very kind again did exceptional job taping off everything they worked hard then after they let you walk around with some tape on your own and any discrepancies you had they fixed right there. My husband and I are extremely happy with the results we just had a garage built and we wanted our house to match the same color. The only thing left to do outside now is put the brick around the door. I couldn't recommend this company more. Also they were extremely clean they didn't leave anything behind. In 2017 we had Spray Net paint the aluminum siding in our house. They did a great job and the house looked like new. However in 2019 we noticed some minor bubbling and contacted Spray Net. Then again in 2020 I followed up. Then again in 2022 I followed up. I was told they couldnt do it that year but would in 2023. I got a call in spring 2023 from the local Spray Net person saying he couldnt do it until later in the season. Later in the season when I hadnt heard from him I left several messages which werent returned. Again in 2024 I left the same person several messages but my calls are not returned. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Spray Net for the refreshed look for our siding, BUT their follow ups on warranty leaves much to be desired.

We had our garage doors painted a few years ago and we are already on our second warranty claim. The paint chips and peels and does not last. I filed my most recent warranty claim in May 2023 and the company has yet to address my concerns. Extremely poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company.

Great team and very efficient. Melody came out to give a quote and we had the team come out - as we have a large house it took 3 days to complete. We could not be happier with the slate grey colour. It looks a totally different house. So many neighbours have had very positive comments. Very pleased with timing from quote to finished product.

Spray Net came to my house in the summer of 2018. Everything was great until 2022, when I noticed peeling. I contacted them immediately, and submitted the claim form along with pictures. I received an email stating that they would get back to me with the next steps, and no one ever did. I called again this spring, they told me that someone would call within 2 weeks, no one ever did. I called back again, they told me that because it was a year or so since I submitted my claim that they couldn't see it on the system - that I should submit a new claim with pictures. Which I did, and received another email stating that they would be back to me in 2 to 4 weeks. No one ever reached out. Today I called and they have now given me another email address to send my issue to. I have never experienced such brutal customer service in my life. It has been a year since I began this task of trying to get them to honour the warranty that they advertise for their product and I am no closer to getting this issue resolved than when I stated it 1 year ago.

From the first email to the last, everything was easy! Marc was very quick to reply to my many questions and very thorough when explaining. The guys that came to our house to take the doors for spraying were quick, efficient and friendly, Lyle was our main contact and he was great! They too were thorough at explaining and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We are very happy with the results and cant wait to finish the rest of the kitchen, its totally transformed the feel of the kitchen already!

Very uncaring contractor. Also changed the price at the end of day with no change in scope. Very shady business. Overall, they did what they said they did despite the overcharge at the end. Was it an amazing transformation. Definitely not. Would I recommend them. Never.
