We have owned a 1951 ranch bungalow for the last 23 years. The house had white siding with white windows, white trim and was very tired looking. We looked into renovating the exterior.....new wood siding, windows and roof. The cost of doing a complete exterior reno was prohibitive, so we kept putting it off. That is until I saw an article in the Globe and Mail about a great new company out of Quebec called Spray-Net. They came up with a system for spraying the outside of your house...... siding, windows, eves and facia.....all with a factory like finish with a 15 warranty. We met with Mario, owner of the Toronto area Spray-Net. He was very helpful in making suggestion about how we could bring our homes exterior back to life. We had hundreds of colour options to choose from and Mario's experience in this field made the decision process much easier. We ended up re painting the whole exterior of the house. The siding was painted a new grey/taupe colour and the windows, eves and facia a warm neutral shade. Since the cost of painting was a fraction of the cost of replacing all the siding, we were then able to redo the stone chimney as well as the roof. The results.....a fabulous new look to the exterior of our home. The finish on the siding looks better than new and most people think we replaced all our windows. Mario and his team arrived on time and the job was done exactly as outlined in the quote.....on time and on budget. (you can't say that too often when dealing with a home renovation) I would gladly recommend Mario and Spray-Net to anyone looking to do an exterior renovation on their home.

When researching exterior painters for our home, I came across Spray-Net. What intrigued me about their solution was it was backed by a 15 year warranty so I didn't have to pay for another painter in 7 years time. So I called Spray-Net and booked an estimate. Leslie from Spray-Net arrived at our home on time, provided us with a quote for our two(2) garage doors, front doors, side door, gutters and fascia. Leslie also worked with my wife on the colour consultation. On the surface and from a price stand-point, Spray-Net is more expensive than traditional painters. However, we looked at both short-term and long-term benefits and Spray-Net provided us with best return on our investment by a long shot. Here's why? Free color consultation: My wife loved the fact that Leslie took the time to ensure she chose the best color for our home and the look we wanted. Two days prior: Spray-Net power washed all areas to be painted to ensure the a clean surface and the best adhesion with their paint technology. Day-of Job: The whole work crew arrived on time and "throughly" taped the surrounding areas to be painted to ensure no paint would be splattered on the surrounding area. Spray painted all targeted areas and they looked like they came from the factory since there was no evidence of any brush strokes like you find with traditional painters. Worked all day and completed the project on-time. Cleaned up all areas like they weren't even there. Our house looks amazing. Thank you Leslie and Mario for giving our home a beautiful face lift! Mario and his crew were outstanding to deal with, and we would absolutely recommend them for any exterior painting. Our home has a large amount of stucco at the front, and we never loved the colour, and it was also showing signs of aging and discolouration. I met with Mario and couldn't believe how easy it was to have a whole new look. It also was a great time to treat the stucco, since the new paint added a layer of protection. We also had them paint our front door and garage door new colours, which really made the whole project feel like a fresh new facelift for our home! The crew was outstanding. Hard working, efficient, polite and meticulous. They even helped me with extra things like replacing my lights and number plate at no extra cost. I definitely recommend meeting with Mario and giving Spray Net a chance to give your house a facelift!

Mario, his team and the product at Spraynet are amazing. We had our entire brick exterior painted grey slat on our 60 year old mid century home and it looks like a completely new house. We have had our neighbours stop in the in the middle of the street to ask about the work. The work was done on scheduleas promised and Mario and his crew were able to complete the entire process in a day. They were very friendly, detailed and professional. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and finished product.

I discovered this Montreal based company in Feb at The Toronto Home Show. After some research I decided this would be my best choice to revamp my home. The company, Spray-Net, spray painted my soffits, gutters, fascias all around and my windows with the appropriate paint for aluminum and PVC with manufactured quality. I am very pleased with the job they've done and I would highly recommend them. All of the crew were very professional, highly organized and lots of fun! The foreman, Yanic, is very patient, professional, highly qualified and works with you in order to maximize satisfaction with their work.

I talked my husband into getting this big job done. We had our siding, eves, soffit, fascia, doors, windows and shutters painted. What a fantastic job. Mario and Leslie were great in advising us on colour choices. The whole team was very professional guided by Mario who worked right along with them all the way. We recently had our sixty year old stucco home repainted by Spray-Net. The results are truly stunning and have gotten constant comments from neighbours and people passing by. Everyone is asking for the contractor's name. As I mentioned the house is an older stucco home and the previous owner had built a large addition on the back. Unfortunately he was unable to match the stucco colouration and the front was a darker brown than the back. In addition he had built a four car garage behind the house which was clad in a light grey vinyl siding. Spray-Net matched the colours on all the buildings flawlessly and repainted the five steel doors as well. They area covered was huge and the work was done flawlessly. No overspray or patchy painting. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Spray-Net. The product is excellent and the workmanship outstanding.
