    Windows look CLASSY

    After doing extensive research on windows and local companies, I found this company on HomeStars. I called and spoke with Sam - the owner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to our home and provided detail in how the windows will be installed and what materials will be used. I have to say after having quotes of $30K and more - this place had the BEST quality windows for our harsh Canadian Winters. They are family owned and operated - a Canadian Business! We had three gentlemen come and finish off the windows in 12 hours! We have a 3200 sqft home and all windows were changed including a 2 story long window located in the front of our home. The inside trim looks SOOOO GOOOOOOD!! The Bug Screens are hardily noticeable which i LOVE and they are easy to remove and store away. Did I mention there are different options that you can choose from on how the window opens along with ease of cleaning the windows without going outside and using a powerwasher to clean them! The inside trim is absolutely stunning for vinyl - you can't even tell its vinyl! Looks so regal! Our neighbours continue to pass by and compliment the work that was done - because of course we had a continued audience during the install and thereafter. My neighbours are great at being critical but no-one had a bad thing to say - we already gave out Net Cost Windows number to most of our neighbours!     Beauty, Class and Happy Family

    We searched and got quotes from seven different companies, Net Cost was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. The big three companies in the GTA wanted for five windows the price of a Tesla then i found Net Cost. They priced me 10 windows and a sliding door for a reasonable price and after looking at some of their other projects i was sold by other customers reviews. The best part of the window experience is the way Sam and his crew work together to make your project a reality and satisfaction is guaranteed!!!!!!!!!!! . Sam arrived for the design consult and educated us on the different styles and designs with no pressure. The whole house was done in ONE DAY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! All the little things were looked after and finished 101% My family has noticed a HUGE difference this winter with these amazing windows. All the interior trim was primed and Dapped 100% the work area inside and out was cleaned and the workers took such great care around the family. STOP LOOKING elsewhere hire NET COST Windows and Doors and ask for Sam he will make your vision a reality.

    Window Replacement

    Needed to have 8 windows replaced. On our first meeting Sem advised me I wouldn't find a better price with any company than manufactures their own windows and he was right. His installers were very professional, friendly and efficient. They even helped out with a request after the job was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you Sem !

    Efficient and affordable service

    I just had my windows and patio door replaced from Sam of Net Cost Windows. I would definitely recommend them. I met with and had quotes from several companies. Sam was a little below average in price with an excellent production timeline. The crew of 3 that completed the installation were pleasant, friendly and efficient. They did 10 windows and the door all in one day, and one guy went around to vacuum before the left! They didn't even stop for lunch although we asked them to take a break. The windows themselves are great and look great! We noticed a huge temperature difference right away and also a drop in the amount of outside noise we can typically hear inside the house. Looking forward to reduced heating/cooling Bills. I will be ordering my front door from them too. I will be recommending them to all my clients as well.

    Windows and Doors

    Sam has been very professional and patient with me as I had lots of questions. He has provided detailed information and answered all my questions. As promised, the windows were installed and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He has great suggestions and recommended a great front door for us and I couldn’t be happier. Sam, came on the day the installer installed my windows and doors and ensured that we are happy and satisfied. What a great service and I’d highly recommend Net Cost Windows and Doors. Our neighbors often comments on how beautiful our front door is and I’m so happy we’ve decided to go with Net Cost Windows and Doors. I also wanted to say that Sam installers does have a “gold hands”. They’re done a fantastic job installing 7 windows and two doors. I’d highly remembered Net Cost Windows and Doors.     New windows for a 1974 home

    Sam and his team replaced 9 brick-to-brick windows and a sliding door into a beautiful, heavy duty French-style patio door. The team of 3 completed in one day and I’m happy with the results – one of our previous windows wasn’t even straight! The outside caulking job is very, very neat and the trim I supplied for the interior was installed very elegantly. The team had a very organized system of working, one person dedicated to demolition, the second to installation, the third to details such as trim preparation and caulking. After completion, everything was cleaned and vacuumed up. Very happy with the work and I’ve recommended the team to 3 people already.

    Great Value

    We renovated our home and installed all new windows and 3 sliding doors. The job felt overwhelming to me, but Sam came in, talked to us, made recommendations and offered an excellent price. His team was fast, clean, and professional. I highly recommend going with them.

    They came. They saw. They built!

    We had a few speed bumps along the way but these guys are good. Really good. I ended up getting exactly what i wanted. Who can ask for more. What i particularly appreciated with the communication. Not always the news i wanted to hear, but it was given to me straight up. I respect that. You can use them with confidence.

    Front Door and Windows

    My husband and I recently purchased our dream house but we didn't like the front door and the windows. We were looking for a reliable company and were lucky to have Net Cost Windows & Doors to help us choose and decide on our front door and windows. Sem is exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy! Service is outstanding and products are high-quality, exactly what we were looking for! We replaced our front door to a beautiful double door style and all the windows in the house (first and second floors). We are very satisfied with the outcome!!!

    Windows and Sliding Door

    Great experience with Netcost and Sem. I went to Window City in Vaughn based on two recommendations from friends. They were very informative about their windows and put me in touch with Sem at Net Cost. Couldn't have been happier. From Sem to the Dimitri and the installation crew. Very professional. Went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you Net Cost!
