Colin is very knowledgeable and professional. He's explained clearly what he was doing and always gave the option to proceed. His experience really shows, among other things, he's figured out the annoying, not functioning properly two-way switch setup in our house and fixed it. Pro's like him are hard to find.

In 2019 our kitchen, dining room and hallway lights were not working. We thought it might have been due to a breaker switch in the electrical panel. We replaced the breaker but the power still was not working. We called CM Electrical who came out and discovered that the wiring was not done by a certified electrical contractor. He recommended that the wiring for all plugs and switches be rewired as it was a fire hazard. One of the plugs had burned the plastic wire holder. In addition to this work, I had CM Electrical install pot lights in our living room where there was no lighting at all. I found the work that CM Electrical did was professional done and passed the inspection with flying colors. I would not hesitate to use CM Electrical in the future. I found their rates were very competitive for electrical work.

I contacted CM Electrical to replace 4 pot lights in soffit at front of house. Colin showed up on the day and time as agreed. He was professional, showed me the pot lights he was going to install and answered any questions I had. I also had him install a dimmable programable light switch which I can control with my smart phone. His experience and workmanship was reflected in the great work he did. As a result of Colin going above and beyond what I expected, I decided to have him come back to install a surge protector for the whole house, and a third time to install 10 additional pot lights around the sides and back of the house. I highly recommend contacting Colin for any electrical work.

I sought out Colin after reading the excellent reviews on Homestars. I am glad I did! Colin's service is exceptional. He responded quickly to my inquiry. We needed to replace an outlet outside the house that had been giving us problems for a long time. Colin arrived on time, explained the situation in detail and did an impeccable job.
