    Waterproofed Foundation

    We are VERY pleased!! Vlad and his team responded quickly to our request for a quote and a couple of weeks later the work was completed. They did a great job, worked hard, were patient with all my questions, took time to explain things, and left the work site clean. What a relief to go to bed or away on holiday and know the basement will remain dry. Thank you guys for all you did for us. Most grateful - CD

    Water proofing the perimeter of the whole house.

    Edgar & his crew did a great job and went over & beyond what was asked of them…the quotation provided for the project was in match with other waterproofing companies in GTA plus they were able to provide 3 custom windows wells & disconnecting and connecting the Air conditioning unit cost included in the quote which made us choose them for this project. The crew came & left on time every day and cleaned the work area before they left. After the completion of the project in couple of weeks there was some land slide which is expected. We called Edgar and the same day the issue was taken care but filling with gravel. So I would definitely recommend Waterproofing PD.

    External Waterproofing of Basement

    My mother’s basement was leaking for a number of years and required complete excavation along the foundation and the sealing of the basement wall and new weeping tile. Waterproofing PD gave us a very competitive estimate and complete Ted the work as soon as was possible in light of the winter weather. The team worked quickly and left the property in a clean state of repair as shown in the attached photo. We were very pleased with the work.

    Egress Window installed in Mississauga

    We needed egress window for our basement to be legal so we got a few quotes. Vlad from Waterproofing PD impressed us the most! He explained all the options and gave us few recommendations. They cut down the foundation, waterproofed the wall, installed the window and drainage as well as egress window well. We had an inspection from the city and everything passed with no problems. In the end we are very happy with the work performed. Definitely recommend Waterproofing PD if you need an egress window installed.

    Basement Window egress

    Waterproofing PD & Vlad did a great job for us. Very professional from start to finish and a good price. We needed a means of escape for my sister's new accommodation in a basement apartment that had a long escape route from her bedroom and only one tiny window in the bedroom. Vlad's crew dug a much larger and deeper new window well and cut the concrete foundation wall down to allow the installation of a large euro style window and to provide the required code exit space. They then installed insulation at the bottom as needed due to the excavation depth and built a window well surround of pressure treated 6x6 timbers complete with steps to allow my sister to climb out to the back yard. The final installation was great in appearance and very functional. We were happy with the final result. And thanks Vlad for the very cooperative and accommodating attitude.

    Very happy with Waterproofing Pd.

    I had a problem with a leaky basement, got a couple of quotes but Vlad seemed to be the most knowledgeable guy and gave me a great price. The work was done in no time, the guys were professional and very clean considering the trade. Would definately recommend!!

    Exterior waterproofing in Mississauga

    Got a couple of quotes for our leaking basement and in the end decided to go with Waterproofing PD. Very happy in the end with the results. The crew worked very hard and left our yard very clean. Definitely recommend them!

    Full exterior waterproofing old detached house

    We found damp mouldy drywall in our basement and decided we needed to waterproof. Edgar and his team did the full house from the outside, applying multiple layers of protection, weeping tile system and installing a sump pump. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Basement is noticeably better after only a few weeks. Went out of their way to minimise disruption. Thorough site visit and diagnosis of the problem, fair price, good cleanup of what can be a very messy job.

    Foundation Crack Repair
