    Large rear deck, side entrance

    Paul and Brent were great to work with. They removed my large existing deck, gazebo over the hotbed with side bar and a side deck in a large bin. The gazebo was leaning and dangerous. They built a new deck to my specifications and a side entrance. I didn’t want all the railing this time on the back deck as it had been a nuisance to maintain. A five man team arrived in late December who were all professional. Impressed that while Brent was in charge, he still had a foreman. Everything was completed in time and perfectly. I received three separate step exits rather than two agreed upon and the front one enhanced. The deck surrounded the hot tub on three sides perfectly. The side entrance was built to allow for my light fixtures. Well done!

    Fence replacement

    It was a pleasure dealing with GNFP. Brent and his crew were courteous and conducted themselves professionally. The fence is great and the price was fair. They were good at communicating, both before and during installation. I highly recommend them Well done Brent

    High Quality and Great Communication

    We had a fantastic experience with the GNFP team! They aligned our expectations, communicated frequently and clearly, and fixed our fence. Top that off with being tidy and mindful of our space, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

    Repeat Customer

    I trust this team. My 42-year-old-plus big deck had drooped dangerously, so the team talked with me about options for a smaller deck (raised or low, materials, dimensions, cost). I wasn't rushed. There was no sales pressure. My questions and concerns were respectfully answered. Payment options were explained clearly. The estimate was detailed and straight-forward. I appreciate GNFP's Covid safety protocol. From the start, the team was reliable and efficient from taking measurements to their choice to use screws, to the final cleanup. The team seems to have good rapport with one another. They were courteous to me and understanding. Communication is important to me, so I was pleased that there were no surprises about steps in the process or possible additional costs. Everything was clear. I felt confident to ask GNFP as they were leaving the first time for one more quote: my wood gate-fence entrance. That would be their next project for me. Even as they worked, I was offered three choices for the gate's panel placement and a team member demonstrated those options. They also offered to help us out with a sudden, obvious fence collapse (another 42-year-old relic). A series of sections had fallen in a recent windstorm. Noticing this, the team offered to help us out with a quick-fix by using some of the old gate wood as support through the winter. Brilliant! My neighbour and I are very appreciative. In the spring, I'm sure we will call GNFP for yet another quote!

    New fence installation

    My wife and I contacted GNFP after reading positive reviews on HomeStars. Part of our fence had collapsed in a recent wind storm and we were not sure if we needed to replace the whole fence or just do a repair. GNFP came out right after our initial inquiry and gave us estimates for both a repair and a complete replacement. We opted for replacement because of the fence age and existing structural damage. GNFP gave us a detailed project plan and timeline. The work was started on time and carried out with great attention to detail. We were proactively consulted when a couple of questions came up on selection of styles and placement of posts. Even though the work was very labor-intensive (involving removal of a brick wall and a large wooden fence), the job was completed when promised and all debris cleaned up from the job site. Costs were reasonable and a detailed breakdown was given for all aspects of the demolition and construction of each part of the fence. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We strongly recommend GNFP to anyone who wants to install a new fence.

    Fantastic job

    They gave us a great quote. Showed up on time on day one and finished an excellent job under time. The work is great quality and they cleaned up everywhere before they left. Couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend this company.

    Fantastic Fence in One Day

    Use this company. Seriously. They are incredible. Paul, Brent and Cody were all accessible, communicative, clear and concise on what could and would be done based on what we needed. In just over a week they came out to the location (on a day in which is was pouring down with rain), provided a quote, lined up the one call, pulled out a row of hedges and built the fence. Could not be happier, could not recommend them more. Peace of mind and quality of work all in one at a price that came in (and stuck) lower than the rest. If you're even thinking about getting work done, give them a call. I promise you wont regret it.

    Fence

    The crew were Efficient, professional and curtious. Workmanship was excellent. 90 ft of femcing was completed in 4 hours. They had 5 guys on the job all working in a professional and friendly manner. Crew lead hand, brent was great and answered all my questions and concerns
