Right from the start, Toronto Roof Repairs was a class act. They arrived promptly at the agreed time for the estimate, actually phoned ahead to let me know they were on their way and out of the four quotes I received to replace the shingles on both my house and my garden shed, they were the only ones to actually get up on my roof and inspect it! Not only that, but they took pictures of the damaged areas and included them in their estimate.
They took the time to explain to me where the damaged spots were and what they were going to do to repair them. When I received the written estimate and noticed a slight change was needed, a quick message to Leon was all it took to correct it.
Once I notified them that I wished to hire them, it was a quick matter of an Interac e-transfer of the deposit and Leon had my job scheduled for the upcoming week.
Joe and Stas arrived promptly at 7:30am, along with Leon who made sure we were all ready to go. Joe and Stas worked steadily until 8:30pm that evening, were back again the following morning at 7:30am and worked steadily until the job was finished around 5pm. They were careful, methodical and thorough and I am thrilled with my new roofs, both on my house and on my shed. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, too, and I think they left my yard and driveway cleaner than before they arrived! LOL
