Best service and price was very fair for my front door!! If you do not get a quote from them then you have paid too much from someone else!!

Although Zoran and Mirko were friendly enough they didn't want to take any accountability for the error in the manufacture of one of my main windows. I made the original order in April 2021. The initial install was for the end of July. When they came with the windows, 6 were missing. They quickly blamed the manufacturer (Vinyl Pro) for the error. Was it not the responsibility of Renova to ensure that the work order was accurate? I waited until the end of September for the remaining windows to be installed. At that time, I noticed that the large front window was made with white inserts instead of brown. I confirmed with Renova that the work order did specify brown. Again, they blamed Vinyl Pro for the error. The installer did not want to take the window back to Vinyl Pro and insisted on installing it. Renova then indicated that any additional would be fulfilled by Vinyl Pro. Seems odd to me, but what could I do? So I followed their recommendations and waited for someone from Vinyl Pro to contact me. I've been in contact with Renova and Vinyl Pro for many months and all I get are excuses from everyone. I paid tens of thousands of dollars to replace all the windows in my home and that front window is one of the main feature windows of my home. I simply want what I paid for. June 10 - the service technician from Vinyl Pro finally installed the replacement window insert today.

From the beginning to end was to me and my wife nothing less than honest fair price and enjoyable to deal with. This company is best experience that me and my wife experienced by far. The workmanship is excellent and right on time. Keep in mind they are the designing their products and they are great products. I tell you if you have windows or doors to replace or just new house it is better than the builder would give you so just give them a call and be wowed. We are happy and satisifed with their workmanship quality of their product.

We had our front door done 4 years ago by Renova and were happy with the overall experience, so after a few extremely unprofessional pressure induced quotes from other assumingly reptuable window companies (2 yahoo's actually showed up, full of themselves without masks during the height of Covid, claiming they had to rummage through their car to find masks, then further quoting a super high quote stating if we weren't happy with the quote, one call to Vito would make us smile.....), I remembered Zoran's calm and professional demeanor from Renova and contacted him for a quote. His quote was the last quote I needed. From the moment Zoran arrived for the quote, wearing a mask, it was clear he was not like all the other companies who came to try and pressure sell us their windows. We were impressed by the difference in the way he presented their product honestly stating the quality and difference between two and triple pane windows as my main concern was blocking out as much noise as possible. He was not pressuring us at all and made it clear that we did not need ro commit today. It is always great to see family working and running a business together. The commitment to one another and to their customers to deliver and install a quality product is clear to see as they work in unison together. When they removed rusted and leaking 12 yr old windows that had been done by another company you could see how disappointed and disgusted they were that another company could ethically install windows in such a way. They explained what the other company had done wrong and promised our new windows they installed will never leak and shift the way my old ones did. Renova in my opinion is the best choice for your window and door needs. They will not over quote then play games to reduce the price, they will honestly quote you their best price and a product within your budget and not pressure you to sign on the spot. The product installed will be a quality product with much attention detail in their installation. Thank you Zoran and Mirko, I have already recommended you to a few friends due to your great attitude, I am also hoping to see you soon to fix my door weather stripping as promised. Update - I paid for triple pane windows due to living in a very noisy, high car traffic area, I was hoping that noise would be reduced significantly. If I paid significantly more for them (I did not ask for a double pane quote), sound has not been greatly reduced at all in my opinion. All the same sounds heard prior to install are still heard, maybe just slightly reduced from my prior windows. I still hear my neighbour at 6 am beeping his key fob to unlock his car doors (with ear plugs), I was at least hoping not to still hear that, cars driving by on my street and the car traffic from a major roadway 1 block away. I also still have major condensation each morning, hoping this won't to lead to mold like my previous windows.

Bought and had installed a front entry door and a sliding patio door from Renova Windows. Zoran was wonderful to deal with. His prices were the most reasonable compared to others. His brother Mirko and the other helper Alex did an amazing job with installation. I was never pressured into any decision and Zoran's suggestions on design were perfect with my budget. I'm glad I listened to him as the result was excellent. So glad I went with Renova. The whole process was 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

We can't say good things about Renova. Zoran and Mirko were amazing to work with along with their crew. They were highly professional, friendly, polite and hard working. Zoran was amazing and we felt no pressure dealing with him (as we did with some others). Our patio door and windows are goregous, we can't stop looking at them! It is so quite in our home now. The sales person was very personable. No pressure, no rush, and responsive to questions we had afterwards. We obtained several quotes from various companies. Renova's wasn't wishy washy as in "here's our quote, but if you get a better price, let me know and I may be able to do something" as we got from some of the sales people from other companies. It was "here's our best price", and comparatively it was indeed a great price. We installed all new windows in the entire house, minus the basement. They were vinyl which I was apprehensive about. I had concerns about the overall appearance of vinyl versus wood, but now that they've been in over a month, I would choose vinyl again. They look great, clean, and crisp. They are easy to keep clean and maintain. We contracted the work in Nov of 2018, and installation happened in April of 2019. There were scheduling conflicts that came up on both ends, so we did have to reschedule a few times, but communication was free-flowing and always open. Installation took a day and I was happy with the workers and the work. Afterwards, I did notice once of the screens had a small tear. I reported this, and a new screen was ordered, and I received it in a couple weeks when they were next in the area. It made a difference that the sales person was part-owner, and was there for the installation, and was my point of contact afterwards. Overall I feel like they really took care of us. I'm very appreciative.

I followed recommended practice how to renovate: minimum three offers, compare similar products and the prices, notice bidders responsiveness and attention to details. Decided to engage with Renova. Yesterday, I got what I was promissed, my new entrance door. No hassle, no arguing, on time, no cleaning after work was done. And my new entrance door looks georgous, handles perfectly. Zoran and his brother exceeded our expectations with the skill and perfection of our Bay Window and doors installation. The quality of product and service as well as price can't be beat. They performed the work with such care as if they were working on their own home, the attention to detail shows in their work. We would highly recommend Renova Windows and Doors. After getting 3 quotes I decided to use Renova Windows and Doors. Zoran was extremely knowledgeable as well as competitive with his pricing. The installers were prompt, friendly and very tidy. Any questions or concerns that I had during the install were answered promptly. I would recommend this company with no hesitation at all.
