    Great Windows, Poor Service

    We had a window replaced in our baby's room by window mart (in Calgary). Long story short, the new window is great...no complaints. However they (Daria) neglected to tell us that the new blinds we'd purchased for the old window wouldn't fit the new window. After weeks of negotiating back and forth and a nightmare experience from a customer service point of view, they did give us a small discount on the window. However, I still had to pay for new blinds (again) and that is after a month of having to hang garbage bags on my baby's window while this got sorted out so he could nap and go to sleep at night. I'm not going to go here and irrationally throw them under the bus because I don't want to sound like someone ranting. The product they offer is great. Make sure you ask about blinds if you have them (regardless of whom you choose). However, given the poor customer service we received from Daria, I would not recommend using this company. There are lots of other highly rated window companies...shop around.

    15 windows and 3 doors

    The saleman Max was great, awesome actually. Very knowlegable & gave a great presentation. The windows are awesome and we are very happy with them. They are not the cheapest but very good quality. Very happy with them. :)

    Windows and doors

    Can’t speak highly enough about this company. The team was very professional and were able to work around our schedule! Overall experience was really good. We’ve had lots of questions and they were all answered. Since it was our first time we needed new windows we were not sure what to expect. After talking to Max at WindowMart we were confident we chose the right place! Thank You guys, will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

    Window Mart

    Based on the online reviews & very informative in home consultation we decided to go ahead with Window Mart. Ivan was great & made sure to fully explain the terms & process. We have a great idea of what to expect :)

    Thorough, professional - from initial recommendations, through Installs, project management and follow-up

    When I invited Window Mart to quote me on complete Windows and Doors including Patio Door. My project manager, Andrey, having years of previous hands-on experience, provided pragmatic and constructive advise. I visited their show room to review design and workmanship for the products and was impressed. For the installs (2019Jan/Feb) during huge snow storms that delayed Canada-wide shipments and erratic, severe freezing, Andrey and his team worked doggedly, finding days warm enough to install. The install team were professional and thorough, ..which not easy under winter conditions. They miraculously managed to complete all installs on time (before my tenant arrived, Feb15). End to end on this project, Andrey resolved any minor snag with immediate follow-up followed by a next morning solution. Pricing from Window Mart is competitive. To sum it up, both my tenant and I are completely satisfied with their upgrade to this property.

    Windows Replacement

    Andrei and the team did an awesome job last November getting whole house equipped with new windows. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Having gone trough my first winter I can confidently say that I am extremely happy with the quality and installation of my new windows. They were more then reasonably priced when compared to other quotes I received. Best value for your dollar for sure.

    12 windows

    We had windows put in back 2016 with Window Mart. Windows are grear, no problems at all. I would recommend this company to anybody. Max was very good and explained about the windows. Installers did great job and cleaned up after themselves. Comparing with other companies a bit higher price but worth it. 100 % recommend Window Mart

    Washroom windows

    I hired Window Mart to replace 3 windows after meeting with salesman Ivan . I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and we negotiated a very reasonable price for my windows. The installer Sergey did an excellent job and the worksite was cleaned thoroughly. The install was done early and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to friends or family. Though they are based in Edmonton they have a branch here in Calgary and exceeded my expectations. Ivan returned months later to ensure we were happy with the job and the windows and even brought a thank you gift.

    Project

    I received a call on my phone from Window Mart and made an appointment. Jon came to me on April and informed me about the effectiveness of different glass types. He gave me a good appraisal on my house and after a prolong consideration, I have decided to go along with Window Mart. I would highly recommend this company.
