    8 windows replacement

    Eight windows in our house have just been replaced by Window Mart. The project started with Slava’s visit. With a demo window, Slava explained their products, answered all our questions, and helped us make the right decision of hiring Window Mart for the job. Alex and his crew came for the installation on scheduled day. They removed the old, installed the new, and made sure everything fit perfectly. After all finishing done, they did thorough clean-up. True professionals! We look forward to welcoming them back for doors replacement.

    Windows

    I would like to say we have been through a few companies to try to get quotes as well as knowledge about replacing windows. Peter from window mart blows all of them out of the water he was extremely knowledgeable friendly and inviting. No matter how many questions we had Peter had an answer. I would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a window or a door to contact Peter from window mart you won’t be disappointed.

    8 windows replacement

    The Sales Representative Jerry who came to our house to give an estimate was well informed, listened to our needs and worked with us to fit our budget. Installers showed up on scheduled day. The installation went very smooth. The windows look great and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will certainly use this company again!!!

    Simply outstanding!

    The windows that we had were original ones and most of them needed replacement because the wood at the bottom had been deteriorating and we also wanted to increase the energy efficiency of our house considering how much the technology has leaped forward in this 30 year period. Luckily, our friends recommended Window Mart to us, who did a terrific job for them replacing all the windows, as well as converting their patio door into garden doors. They did it again! Outright, we were very pleased with the way Ivan explained everything. Oh yes, the praise that our friends Nate and Kayla gave him was well deserved! We felt totally comfortable proceeding with the order right then and there. We didn't expect anything less from the installers, and thanks to Sergey and his assistant, the work was completed in a timely manner, with no spots left for us to clean. And oh well the windows - aren't they just fabulous to look at and operate! The sliding doors too - we absolutely adore having the blinds built in-between the glass panes, makes them so much more useful! Could not be happier with the treatment we received from Window Mart and their product. Simply outstanding!

    Terrible service

    void this company, they are unable to complete work on time, will arrange installation dates and then not show up. They do not return calls, and cannot deliver on contract agreements. They leave your yard covered with metal debris. They provide no customer service and are all around unprofessional. If you want quality work completed on time look elsewhere.

We did had to reschedule the 2 times because we want to make sure the installation will be complete in the best way. Weather is a big factor when it comes to windows installation.     Fantastic experience!

    We cannot express enough compliments to Ivan and Sergey who we feel did everything they could to make it indeed a fabulous windows & patio doors replacement experience. The first gentleman went through a very engaging presentation that had us emerge afterwards with a good understanding of what we want in our house. Before we only knew that we needed new windows and doors. Great job Ivan! After Sergey had finished the installations, that understanding turned into conviction, having left us with absolutely no doubt that Window Mart was rightfully chosen to fulfill this project!

    2 Doors Replacement

    My wife and I were looking to replace our front and back doors. A friend of my, recommended Window Mart to deal with. The sales rep Slava was knowledgeable and polite. He offered some options for our project. The installers Eugene and Alex did a great job. 100% recommended.

    8 windows replacement

    We just had our windows replaced by Window Mart , its was a bit cold but the installers didn't stop at all , Lilian was excellent and did a great job installing , was very fast and efficient . Peter the sales representative explained everything in easy way for us to understand and made very good recommendations about the product and installation ,over all we are very pleased and would very much like to recommend Window Mart to anyone .Very good products , very good installation and very professional .

    windows replacement

    We were looking to get some windows replace in our 32 years old home. After careful research out of 5 diferent companies decided to go ahead with Window Mart. Reason of that was factor number one quality of product and two their sales rep was very friendly and not pushy. In terms of price they were not the cheapest but reasonable compare with their quality. Installers come and did great job. They cleaned up after themselvs. Windows looks great. We are going to use them again in spring for rest of windows and posible doors. 100% recommend Window Mart to anyone who is looking for best product and best service.

    Great product and service

    I am pleased with product and service from start to finish. Window Mart did great job with their installation crew Alex and sales consultant Max. With my new windows and doors I feel my house warmer and l love my front door. I would recommend Window Mart to all my family and friends
