    Professional all the way

    All went very good. Presentation that Daria made was very enjoyable and helped us to make the decision because we did not know a lot about windows but now we do. Just had them installed together with front and back door and we are very happy with everything. Including very affordable monthly payments that will cause no stress. Professional all the way and will not hesitate to recommend Window Mart to everyone who need new windows or doors and want good quality.

    Disgusting Service

    I had taken a quote and paid advance in mid Sept 2018 to have a cracked window replaced and installed. 2 people on 2 different occasions came from windowmart to take measurements for the new window. I was told the window was custom made and so would take upto 12 weeks to have it delivered. Since I didn’t hear anything by Dec 2018, I called back in Dec to find out that they had screwed up and hadn’t booked me in. So then they book me in Jan 2019. When the men come to remove my cracked window, they remove it and as they try to install the new window, they figure out that the window they have does not fit. They tell me that whoever measured the window didn’t take the correct measurements. They put my cracked window back in, and in the process completely break my cracked window from 1 end to the other. They told me that I would get a call from their office in Edmonton. I call the Edmonton office and leave a complaint. One day later and still no response or call from Edmonton office. Disgusted I call the office to talk to the manager Slava Kravchenko – who does not have regular work hours, so is not in the office and is too busy to attend the calls of customers who have already paid to have a window replaced 5 months ago. The lady who took my call Vanessa couldn’t give me clear information as to when somebody would come to measure my window again (if that) or by when I would have the correct window installed, or whether I would get my money back or even a discount (for the inconvenience of having 2 babies in the house in Edmonton’s winter with a now completely cracked window, when I had paid and ordered 5 months ago). Now we can’t even sit beside the window as it is too cold, even with temporary bandaid fixes and window blinds. Every department sucks in this company, with people just passing the bucket around.

    Great job by Window Mart

    Looking at our new windows right now and very grateful to my wife that she came across Window Mart! They breathed new life into our house and we look forward to enjoying them for many years to come and what is also very important - reduced heating and a/c costs. Many thanks to Daria who made a very educational presentation that convinced us to go with Window Mart and now that the windows are installed with zero concerns, we wish that every company could provide great service like this!

    Top-notch service

    Highly recommend entrusting your windows & doors renovation project to Window Mart. These guys know what they are doing and the quality you get from them blows the other companies out of the water. Ivan earned my confidence with his skillful presentation and positive demeanor and Sergey did a top-notch job putting the windows and the doors in. We couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Window Mart among other companies that we gave a chance to steer us in their direction.

    All windows, sliding doors

    Window Mart did great job with windows and sliding doors in our house. We are very glad we went with this company after we received some estimates from other companies also. Quality is very good and we really like how easy windows and doors slide. With triple glass windows we should see big improvement and pay less on bills. Very happy Window Mart helped with financing. Without it would be hard to replace everything at once!

    5-Star windows & doors replacement service

    My husband and I can say nothing but good things about Window Mart and the people that work there who we had the pleasure to deal with. At the start, we didn't really know what to expect, but after Daria's visit, we felt confident continuing with this company. She showed great knowledge of the technical aspects of the windows as well as the doors, manifested in how easy she handled our questions, and we had quite a few. One of our concerns was installation, but now that the work has been completed, I can easily say that it was done by a professional. Window Mart earns our highest recommendation!

    Front door

    I've been using Window Mart for second time and we are so happy. First time we did change back sliding door and now we changed front door. Michael explained different options we could have in front door and he recommended to go 3/4 of glass. I am so happy to use Window Mart second time and would definitely recommend them to our firnds and relatives

    Perfect all the way!

    We wanted to change our windows and sliding doors a few years now, got couple quotes in spring but did not feel comfortable making the investment. In late summer we decided it has to happen and tried Window Mart. Daria was much more professional than first two sales people. She spent around 2 hours with us - showed actual windows and took time to educate us about them. Installer did very good job and cleaned well after he finished installations. Now we have great looking windows and sliding doors are super easy to open and close. Next year we plan to also change front and back doors and will choose Window Mart again.

    Happy clients

    Super happy we went with Window Mart after considering a number of companies. It is a very important purchase and we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. The presentation that Ivan made when he came to give us an estimate helped us a lot in understanding the difference between mediocre quality windows that the majority of companies offer and top quality ones that you get from Window Mart. Save yourself time a get them to take care of your new windows, as well as doors. Our new front door with a matching side window and sliding patio doors look amazing and work really great.

    Front door

    We had a great experience with Window Mart. Our front door looks amazing, Daria was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. the product and installation is excellent. We love our new door. Highly recommend Window Mart.
