    Highly recommend Window Mart’s professional service

    I had a call from window mart inquiring if I need to replace my window. One of the agent Ivan cane and he was so polite and his service was excellent. Window mart is very recommendable business and staffs are very professional. And the guy who I stalled his name is Gregory . He had a very good communication skills and he is expert of what he does. This installation was done at Coventry Hills NE

    Great experience with Window Mart!!!

    We had a great experience with Window Mart. Ivan was very professional, informative and thorough. He showed us all the options available and took his time to explain how everything worked in straightforward terms. Other window companies that came to our home to give us estimates didn’t even bring samples with them! The installers were very timely and respectful with our property. We are very pleased with the workmanship and timeline. Follow up was done in an appropriate manner. Highly recommend this company!

    Great service

    I had the pleasure of working with Ivan over the last year to get my house windows replaced here in Citadel. He has been very friendly and quick to understand my needs. He has proposed a great deal for me and I would recommend his services.

    New Window

    Hello, I just want to express my satisfaction with Window Mart's products and mostly customer service. I really appreciate the salesperson who helped us, named Andrei, to get what we desire for our new windows in the most reasonable amount. We got very good and honest information/tips from him that benefited us. I have an impression this company doesn't just care about just the money they will get from me but takes care of their client very well first before anything else. I will definetely come back to these guys if I will need again. Thanks to Andrei and the rest of the crew who installed our windows.

    Knowledgeable and thorough, altogether very pleased with the process

    Ivan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation and ensured that I understood why Window Mart's products were superior to their competitors and I was pleasantly surprised that their price was very competitive. I am extremely pleased with the entire process so far and look forward to the installation stage. Highly recommend this company and Ivan, Project Specialist.

    Great experience upgrading main floor windows and sliding doors

    Installers Sergey and Alex were very punctual, knew what they were doing. Everything was delivered as described by Ivan when he came to show me Window Mart's product and give a quote. Windows and two sliding patio doors were installed in the summer and while the original ones had ice building up as soon as temperatures were dropping to -10 -15, the new triple pane ones had none of that even when it was -30 lately. They look great too. Would definitely recommend Ivan and Window Mart to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

    Great energy savings

    We like our new windows so much that our house feels like new. Energy efficiency is very noticeable - we have saved about $300 on our bills since they were installed in July. Ivan did a great job educating us on the technical and functional details of the windows, supporting his explanations with samples. Sergey and Alex showed good experience installing the windows, worked fast but without cutting corners, and cleaned well when they were done. Me and my family are happy we chose Window Mart over other companies we were considering.

    Windows in our duplex

    Ivan was knowledgable, thorough and punctual. Sergey and assistant were unbelievably fast and thorough at installation. Great, painless experience. We live in Didsbury, AB. and recommend window mart to friends and associates.

    Window replacement

    Lillian, Andrey & Alex were professional, informative & punctual. Andrey went over & above to meet our needs & match our decor. Lillian & Alex installed the windows quickly & efficiently; great job all round. I would definitely recommend Window Mart!
