    Door with sidelight

    Entrance Door Installation

    This is not our first project with Trust Build. We installed all the window in the house 9 month ago. Now we decided to replace our Entrance Door and 2 Windows along of each side of the door. We were very nervous about this project and how it is going to look like since we choose the darker color of the door and windows as well. The whole project came out just fine. The door and windows look amazing creating a real focus point of our house. Alex, the salesman was with us the whole way. He was helping us with color choice and everything else. Alex is real asset to the company. Installation was fine as well. Our Installer was a very competent and friendly guy. I would definitely do another project with them.

    NEW WINDOWS AND FRONT DOOR

    We recently had new windows and a new front door for our town home installed. I did a lot of homework and received multiple quotations, but upon my wife and i meeting Alex from Trust build we had an immediate sense of comfort level when meeting him. Alex is very very knowledgeable will attend to your needs and is very flexible with his schedule and will respond to your questions immediately upon receiving them. Hence the word" Trust build" yes you can TRUST them......Alex will not sugar coat anything he will provide you with the right information. He will provide you with some suggestions and i highly recommend you listen to his suggestions. Windows were ordered and installed exactly when they said they would be and completed within two days, with NO mess left behind. There installers were very courteous and mature and had many years of experience. They have flexible financing if you need it. We were very happy with the triple glass option we chose and our home is much quieter. Alex will tell you that they stand behind their product and will attend to any issue that come up you will not be left in the dust once you sign on the dotted line. If any issues come up after installation you can be assured that Alex and his team will attend in a timely manner and deal with any concern. Jason

    New Windows Installation

    Very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. Leon the Installation Manager is very knowledgeable and had really good suggestions that helped us with the overall selection process, he also kept us updated at all times. They were on time with the schedule, the installation team was very professional. Once again Leon was right there at the end to inspect the work being done and to make sure we were satisfied. Over all we are extremely happy with the work and with Trust Build.

    All house windows and doors + garage

    Very pleased with the service. Our sales rep (Lion) was a previous installer and from the quote to the installation he knew very well the project. Despite the constraints due to the COVID-19 situation, installation was on time except by the front doors. However, Lion kept us very well informed and as soon as the manufacturing was completed the installation proceeded. Very profesional crew. The house looks amazing. Thanks Trustbuild

    New windows and doors

    Leon and his team were professional, well priced, offered top of the line product, and completed the job within 6 weeks of estimate. I would definitely recommend Trustbuild for windows and doors.

    Installation of new Windows

    Our very good experience with Trust Build began with Alex (the sales person), followed by Alexander who was a professional installer and once again with great after sales service provided by Alex (sales person). It was a positive experience dealing with Alex who was honest, upfront & provided us with good suggestions. He stayed in contact with us throughout the installation & after to ensure we were satisfied with their job. The end result was we have 23 well finished windows, therefore highly recommend this company to all.

    Front door

    From the salesman Raymond, the instore clerk Irina and the installer, I have nothing but gratitude for their professionalism. My final product Im very, very satisfied. Thanks to all involved.

    Great work with great team

    One of my friends recommended this company, and Alex was sales rep. He was very professional with knowledge about windows and doors. We signed the contract a couple of days later. Had a bit delayed schedule because of "A" team was busy with their current works. On the installation day, they replaced all windows and doors and clean up in less than 12 hours. Day after, 3 members of the team came to finish the rest of inside/outside caulking. Really satisfied with their jobs. Thanks.

    Window installation

    Sales rep provided excellent explanation of options and competitive quote. Installer was prompt, thorough, cleaned up after himself and provided a top-notch installation. Overall- Excellent service, reliable, great quality, impeccable installation, great value for $ spent.
