I live in an old farmhouse with windows which had last been replaced in the 80's after a fire. They were in horrible condition, letting in drafts in winter and they were completely foggy due to condensation between the panes. Iliya contacted me almost immediately. Because the restrictions for COVID-19 had just started, we decided on a What's App video call instead of a personal visit. Iliya spent a lot of time answering my questions and ensuring he understood what it was that I wanted. At the end of our conversation he gave me a quote that was better than I had expected. Then we waited until the government lifted the restrictions for the final set of measurements to go ahead. Part way through thd waiting process I received a call from the office apologizing that due to the restrictions we had to hold off on starting the project. I am so thankful that Trustbuild is mindful of their employees' and customers' health in holding off of completing jobs until cleared to do so by the government. Then as soon as the restrictions were lifted Omar came out to do the measurements, we waited 3 weeks for the windows to be manufactured to specifications and then the installation date was set. Omar came right on time and installed all five windows by early afternoon. He didn't leave any debris in the yard or in my home. He showed me how the windows worked and then he left. He was friendly and professional in his demeanor and did a beautiful job. Iliya contacted me the day before, apologizing he would not be there in person. From start to finish, I felt like I was cared for as a customer and that I was in trustworthy hands. My first ever experience like this and you made it an outstanding one. Thank you Iliya, Omar and Trustbuild.

We got a quote for our windows and doors in February. I can't even express how great Joseph the salesman was!! He listened and gave us all the options! Covid happened and everything was put on hold, but I wasn't left waiting!!! Alex the owner called to let me know what was going on. When they were allowed to start doing renovations again he called me right away to set up the date!! The installers were professional and put down tarps to avoid damaging them. I have a few more windows to get done, and I already know who I will have doing them!!! Great job Alex and team!!

Great company. Met with Alex for the consultation. Very knowledgeable, honest and a genuinely nice guy. He was available to answer questions whenever we had any. Explained everything in great detail, from the quote to the final product. The installers did a fantastic job, I absolutely love the windows. I especially appreciate how they took great to cover the carpet and left everything very clean. A great company, great price. I strongly would recommend them to anybody.
