Jason went well over & beyond in converting our old, ugly and damaged wood-burning fireplace into a new, purposeful and stunning gas fireplace. After numerous website searches, subsequent emails and phone calls, and proceeding face-to-face meetings with various companies, I was instantly sold after meeting Jason for the first time. His friendly demeanour, utmost patience with my endless (and probably stupid) questions, and limitless knowledge was unbelievable.
He explained every step of the process - from removing the dated mantle and hideous brass of the old fireplace, to the framing and installation of the new fireplace, to all the trimmings and accessories we could look into adding to our striking new creation. I wanted to convert our broken fireplace for heat in our front room because it was chilly and uncomfortable, whereas my hubby wanted something that looked welcoming and modern. We both definitely won with this fireplace!
