Our fireplace wouldn't light, and the builder had installed the wrong type of switch. Jason was very quick, friendly, and effective at diagnosing and fixing the problems. He explained the problems thoroughly. He also did maintenance on our other fireplace. He left the area clean and tidy. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Coldest snap in December and out pilot light is not working . Our in laws were coming for the Xmas season and the fireplace helps heat up our basement. I called gas company and was quoted 3 weeks and a "oh well" attitude. So in a panic I called Jason and he was at our house in less than 48 hrs!!!!! He took care of the pilot light issue and gave the fireplace a "tune up" now it works and looks better than ever. I was impressed most that my fireplace was installed a few years ago but yet I was treated like I bought it a few days ago!!! With a lot of "fly by night " companies it's nice to have a dependable dealer who cares about new and former customers.

All I can say is wow! After half a dozen visits from the installer's service technician and a couple other fireplace repairmen who couldn't fix my fireplace, my fireplace finally works the way it is supposed to. It only took four years. Thank you Jason! I just wish we had known to contact you sooner.

I have been having problems with my gas fireplace with the pilot light going out all the time I would have to restart manually. I called Jason and he came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and as well, installed a remote for my fireplace. Jason was very professional,knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I would recommend Jason for any work that you need to have done!

We had bought and had the installation done by Jason. He did a great job. We have problems getting people to come out to our place we live on a farm but it was no problem for Jason. He knows his stuff and was helpful and patient with any questions we had. He was there when he said he would be and stayed till the work was done and we were satisfied with the work. Also the job didn't stop there any questions or concerned we had were immediately addressed thanks for the great job Jason.

Jason was efficient and knows his stuff. Explained everything and even adds the extra care that is absent from most other companies. fixed, cleaned, and made my fireplace like new again. Works better than it ever has!! Very personable and professional. Seriously won't find better service or know how.

I killed the guts of my older gas fireplace by turning off the pilot light over the summer - lesson learned. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and had the refurb kit on-hand, no waiting. He was very polite and answered all my questions fully; he did the job fast and cleaned up the site completely afterwards. Definitely recommend Jason!

My fireplace insert decided to fail 2 weeks before Christmas and everywhere i called was booked solid. Jason just happened to have an opening and came by. Did a complete service and repair. The unit is working like new again and looks fantastic. Great advice and very friendly. I highly recommend his service.
