Jason is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. From first point of contact we felt at ease. Jason's suggestions and recommendations were very helpful. We are extremely happy with the unit and clean professional instal. We would definitely recommend Edmonton Fireplaces to all our family and friends.

We had a basement gas fireplace that needed repair. We had Jason come in to have a look at it. He then ordered the parts and we scheduled the repair. Jason showed on time, replaced what he said he would replace, at the cost he had quoted. He offered to give a quick clean to the upstairs fireplace and while doing that found a faulty switch. He had a switch and in 10 min he took care of that too. Great experience. Highly recommend Edmonton fireplaces.

We contacted Jason to replace our old gas fireplace with a newer fireplace. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable,and answered all of our questions,He did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him.

Called Jason with a fireplace not lighting He came within hours and quickly had corrected the problem, cleaned the fireplace, sprayed it black.,and rearranged the logs. It looks like a new fireplace! Very knowledgeable, works efficiently and used proper safety protocol. All at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend Jason.

Jason installed our fireplace in our basement. We recommended him to our friends. Jason said he would be at our house at a certain time. I was having a problem trying to keep the pilot light going on my Instaflame gas fireplace. I called Jason after business hours explaining what was going on. No problem,he would come right out to take a look. I was really worried knowing the fireplace was older that it could not be fixed, and dreaded how much this could cost. Jason was very knowledgeable, fixed the fireplace, did a full service and cleaning. The fireplace works perfectly, probably better than in the past, looks brand new, and I am 100% satisfied with Edmonton Fireplaces. Edmonton Fireplaces Review: 5/5 My wife and I were renovating the main floor of our house, and had a gas fireplace in the living room but it was already 8 years old and looked dated. We wanted to have it replaced with a newer model and called around for quotes. Jason at Edmonton Fireplaces was one of the companies we called. Jason was quick to come and look at the fireplace in person, and offered us helpful suggestions and cost effective options for replacing the existing unit. When we decided to proceed with the work he gave us a removal/install date and kept his word and showed up exactly when he said he would. This is nice to see in a tradesperson as we were on a fixed schedule. He went over and above what was required and worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Jason and Edmonton Fireplace's to anyone looking to update an existing fireplace, have a new fireplace installed or have their current fireplace serviced.

Jason C from Edmonton fireplaces was awesome! He explained in detail what he was going to do, he was on time and very neat. I strongly reccamend Jason if your looking for quality work. When he was done, my fireplace looked amazing with a added remote and a new fan.

Jason Chaba , has performed repairs on my fireplace in the past and I always receive exceptional service. He provides a thorough cleaning and touch up on every call leaving my fireplace looking brand new. He waived a 2nd service call charge when another part failed a few weeks later which was in no way related to the first callout. I HIGHLY recommend him for any fireplace concerns or new installations!

I am so happy with my 2 indoor fireplaces and my outdoor gas fireplace! Jason is so professional, and does great quality work! Jason installed the outdoor one and I couldn't be happier with the result! I got my indoor ones serviced by him and I was so impressed with how they looked brand new after and am happy to say they work perfectly now!
