Our family had the pleasure of being a client of AZ this week, they install a new flat roof for our home. Darwin, Nick and Zachary were fantastic. Clear communication, Reasonable price, High Quality materials and work. AZ ensured that we were fully satisfied before they packed up and completed their work. A man came to my friends (an 82 year old woman) home and told her that while doing another job he saw damage on her roof. He proceeded to climb on her roof and tear off some shingles (without her permission). He told her that there was a hole in the roof and the roof needed to be replaced. It would cost $25k to do the whole roof, and $4,500 to fix the damage. He presented her with a contact which she signed then changed her mind. The AZroofing rep took the signed contact away from her and left. In the end her normal roofer said her roof was sound, the space between the boards is normal (not a hole) and charged her $395.00, much of that to replace the shingles that were torn off by the Azroofing representative.

Zak is a problem-solver and great to work with. Fascia on our older home had come off. Standard fascia from hardware stores would not fit, so he had it custom-made by a metal working shop. He also refastened and sealed our chimney flashing, inspected our roof, and even sanded and repainted a rusted electrical conduit. He comes when he says he will, and does what he says he will do. Highly recommend him.

I contact AZ Roofing to do repairs for my roof shingles today. Darwin did an excellent job of doing the repairs. He goes around all areas in our roof and repaired the places that needs to be repaired. Cost of repair is reasonable based on the job done. I would highly recommend this company to do roofing projects to your home and you won't be dissappointed of their work.

The roof section over our kitchen developed a small leak over the xmas holidays and water was leaking into our kitchen area. These kinds of leaks are not easy to find and repair, but Darwin and the team at AZ roofing found the cause of the leak and completed a thorough roof repair in a very timely manner (on the Sunday before a big snowfall). We are very happy with their work and responsiveness. We would have no hesitation in engaging AZ roofing for future work of this type.

Zak from AZ roofing responded very quickly to come and talk to me re: a new roof. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do in replacing the roof, materials used and reason for them. His pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. The work was done in a professional and courteous manner and they did a very good job of cleanup after, I would definitely reccommend you giver this company a call for any roof related work.

The installers were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job from installation to clean up. On completion of the work Zak did a same day inspection to ensure I was completely satisfied. I contacted AZRoofing in order to get a quote for re-shingling my garden shed. Within 24 hrs. Zak had arrived at my house. He was very respectful during this covid19 time. He gave me a full breakdown of what was to be done to complete this job. Very pleased with the reasonable pricing. His men Darwin and Sohrab arrived on the alloted day. Again, very respectful and did a great job. The whole area was cleaned and even asked permission to enter neighbours yard to pick up debris. I am very pleased with the job and I would recommend this company to any of my friends.
