    Condo flooring - December 2021

    Working with Phantom Flooring was the best decison we made with our recent condo renovation. When the orginal plan to refinish our floors could not be done, they had a plan B for us and were able to start work with only a half day lost. then they still finished on time and the job was done so well it exceeded our expectations. Very professional work with great ttention to detail. They are easy to work with and live the customers first mentality.

    When you're looking for a contractor whose moral compass surpasses the need to profit, you think of Phantom Flooring. I've worked with the phantom for nearly 12 years and all my flooring refinishing need is referred to this company. He is dependable and have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service.

    Refinishing Stairs

    The job Peter and he team did on our main stairs was amazing. the look spectacular. They sanded and stained the stairs and painted the risers and put int new pickets. They were professional and courteous, showed up when they said they would and was communicating as the project moved along. Mann on his team that did a lot of work is meticulous in what he does. Even with that he still asked if there were any spots he might if missed as he was doing the work. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat to close friends.

    Great Service and work

    Peter was responsive, honest and thorough! He was able to prioritize an urgent / unexpected repair to keep us on our construction schedule. He gave us great advice to help extend the life of our floors. We are very pleased and would happily recommend him!

    Outstanding Workmanship!

    Peter repaired our oak handrail, refinished our mahogany steps and repaired our custom finished hardwood flooring in our Southeast Oakville home. Not only was Peter professional, but he was punctual, detail oriented and did an outstanding job. He is very passionate about his fine work and we have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

    Refinish floor and stairs

    Peter did a great job refinishing my floors and matched the finish to the kitchen floors. He also sanded the stairs and refinished. I would recommend him and think he does very good work at a reasonable price. Thanks Peter!

    Hardwood Floor Repair and Refinishing

    Peter and his team repaired and refinished our oak floors. They were able to seamlessly replace and restain some boards in our 50 year old wood floor, and they were also able to refinish the floor in our family room so that it matched the sheen and colour of the floors in the rest of the house. They were meticulous about their work as well as their cleanup.

    Hardwood floor refinishing

    Peter and his team did a great job updating my shiny red jatoba floors. His colour matching was great. It would have been better if they had moved the appliances out of the kitchen to ensure a seamless finish.

We don't usually move or touch appliances especially oversized ones, and from the beginning we did recommend that you hire professionals to move your stove and fridge. When you didn't, we still tried to do our best to accommodate you.

    Stairs and more stairs

    It was a pleasure to work with Peter. His work was thorough and tidy. He stained and varnished the upper stair case. He did the same for the lower stair case 6 years ago. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the excellence of his work. I highly recommend Phantom Flooring and will definitely use their services again in the future.

    Amazing Job!

    Sanded, stained and varnished the main floor (375 sq. ft) and buffed / varnished the second floor (200 sq. ft). Peter did an incredible job and took real care with the floors. In the future, I would have sanded all the rooms. It creates a way better look. But that was my decision and we were short on time. Really great job! Would definitely work with him again.
