I am pleased with the assistance from the home office. I needed to verify some of the items in the contract and Kalinia was extremely helpful.

Your sales rep was very polite, knowledgeable and reassuring that security system will provide safety and peace of mind. The cost per month very reasonable, cheaper then what I was paying per month. That their are service rep's in Kamloops, BC to do service calls twice per year, change batteries and available if needs be.

The representative that came out (Keith) was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions. He helped us decide on what we needed and didnt pressure us to take what we dont require. The service tech was also very good and had everything up and running in no time at all. He took the time to explain everything so we understood. All and all it was a very nice experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home security system. I have only had for 3 days so far. The sales rep and technician were awesome.

I haven't had the system long enough to give a fair review, but the technicians who came to install it were friendly and professional and installed it quickly. I am having an issue with the front door lock in that it won't lock or unlock using the outside keypad. I can, however, lock and unlock it using the app and the key. Hopefully, this will be resolved quickly, PS: The $73 approximate cost listed above is a per month charge.

Great salesman and installer. Not really keen on your software, not user friendly and we cant stop the vocal notifications which are loud and obnoxious. Other than that, its OK.

We have 7 houses with outdoor cameras for security. Freedom's Door is a residential addictions recovery centre.

System was free. I pay a monthly service. This system is recently replaced and is working fine.
