    Drainage installation w/ regrading & interlock re-install

    Hired AHS to install a drainage system around the perimeter of our property to address water pooling by the foundation and buckling of interlocking stone along our side way. Was very impressed by their thorough evaluation and analysis of the situation. Ross, Joe and Anton especially were a real pleasure to work with and patiently addressed our many questions with clear explanations that demonstrated a sincere knowledge of what needed to be done, and the skill and experience to get it done right. We appreciated how careful and meticulous Anton and his team worked while on site and Joe's guidance and openness to collaborative problem solving. We were in excellent hands throughout. Highly recommend.

    Patio work

    Working with Kin, Rinat, Igor and Team were great. From starting the design, to the completion everyone was was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us get our patio work completed from the front to the back in a weeks time. Igor and team did a great job communicating with Rinat to let us know when we needed to make adjustments. The work they did was clean and meticulous. Would highly recommend them and will be having them come back to do more work.

    Outstanding results!

    Omar and his team did an excellent job transforming our front yard! When we bought the house we knew the yard needed work as it looked neglected. This team transformed our yard into a thing of beauty. Omar pays attention to the details, works hard and knows what hes doing. We get a lot of compliments from neighbours passing by and they all comment on how amazing it looks. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Omar and his team if you want professional, skilled individuals for your project.

    Driveway sealing service

    Used their driveway sealing service with 2 year warranty in April this year. Two months later started noticing bare spots where sealant came off. Considering the 2 year warranty given at the time the job was done, I called the company and they promptly fixed the issue by respraying the whole thing.

    Small Retaining Wall Installation

    Joe and his crew did a bang-up job on installing a small retaining wall in front of my house. They were meticulous in explaining details and in making recommendations to ensure the wall would be probably installed without any issues. A pleasure to deal with, I would recommend AHS to anyone considering any outside work.

    Landscape Reno

    We chose Action Home Services for our landscape renovation (front and backyard) and all teams did a fantastic job. John was great through the quoting process, was very informative and aligned with our requirements. Kin was terrific through the design process and created a view that exceeded our expectations. Rinat and his crew were tremendous throughout the actual renovation process. Rinat was responsive, informative and on top of everything right until the very end. His team worked very hard each time on site, were professional and were great to deal with. We are extremely happy with the end result. It looks awesome and we can now actually enjoy our backyard. Thanks again to the AHS team. Would definitely recommend (have been already).

    Window sill replacement

    House window sills were originally done with brick and were beginning to crumble, mainly front of house. Was looking for company to come to replace with limestone. Action Home Services came to house to review, provided a very competitive estimate quickly, and accommodated our request to have work done before October. The 3 workers, led by Vanya, were extremely professional, not only doing a great job, but also in a full cleanup after each days work. We were extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend this company for this type of work. Thank you for a great job!!!

    Front and Back yard interlocking project

    We recently completed our front and backyard yard interlocking project with Action Home Services and have been very happy with the whole experience and final output. These guys are a great bunch, right from the Project Manager to Designer to construction crew, their service exceeded our expectations on every front. We loved that everything was done very professionally and punctually, and the crew would update us with their plan and progress continiously. The end result was a beautiful front driveway and backyard retreat that we look forward to enjoying for many years to come.
