    New steps, porch and walkways interlock, small garage pad

    We hired AHS Team to do multiple things for our house. They replaced porch posts, build new steps, put interlock on porch and walkways plus, replaced grass and made small concrete garage pad. They did an amazing work and we are really happy with the results. Everything was easy and straight forward. Big thanks to John, Sergey, Ross, Kin and other team members. We highly recommend Action Home Services to anyone. For any landscaping project in the future we know who we are going to call.

    Backyard landscaping - excavation, retaining walls, walkway, deck fixes

    This spring we had AHS make some major changes to our backyard. They started by excavating, to flatten out a large portion of the yard (which was previously sloped), then built new armor stone retaining walls, put down sod in the new flat section, added a paved walkway from our deck stairs to our shared drive, and added skirting to our back deck. We're very happy with the results, and they were a pleasure to work with.

    Front yard parking pad

    The team at AHS was very organized and professional, finished on time and on budget. We are very happy with how the project ran and the result. Highly recommend!

    Backyard Transformation

    AHS Team was great and transformed our boring backyard into an oasis. Their team was easy to work with and very responsive, compared to other organizations that I tried to work with. The designer (Kin) was very collaborative and was creative on what I wanted to achieve in our backyard. The project manager (Ron) was always on top of everything. Willing to work closely with me on the many changes I had. He was always onsite and manage the team well with a dedicated foreman that worked with the crew. Last but not least, John was there to the rescue when I had a very negative experience with another landscape firm. Thank You to the team! You made my summer rock!

    Interlocking driveway repair and new slate front entrants & railing

    Action Home Services was the most positive experience I have ever had with a contractor. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations, the team was extremely professional and they arrived on time and when promised throughout the project. I will highly recommend them. I will definitely use them for future jobs.

    New Interlock driveway/walkways/patio. New fence.

    Thanks to AHS I now have a beautiful interlock driveway/patio/walkways, and a new fence. From the get go, John was responsive in providing quotes and patiently answered all of my questions. Special thanks go to Konstantin and his team who not only worked tirelessly each day but also ensured that things are done right. They also kept me posted along the way and kept the place clean after each day. Ron is the PM and he's always on top of things. In summary these guys are true pros and I have no problem working with them again in the future.

    Amazing pool

    We hired Action Home to build a pool for us with the deck and interlock. The work they've done is amazing! Kin and Shilin did an amazing design for us! Renat, Esteban and Alex walked us through the project and answered all the questions. Definitely recommend!

    Back yard renovation

    I did a back yard renovation with Action Home services and they were a dream to work with. I really enjoyed working with the design team and they came up with the perfect design for my back yard. The final result more than exceeded my expectations and I'm really happy with the work.

    Pressure washing, Sanding & Sealing

    We found AHS as an extremely professional company for landscaping needs. Dmytro and his team (Ross, Alex and Igor) did an excellent work pressure washing, sanding & sealing our front and back yard, and we're very impressed with the results. They come highly recommended for all your landscaping projects.

    Backyard reno

    We have had a rotten deck for a couple of years to the point where someone was likely to fall through and hurt themselves. We called Action Home Services for a quote to help replace it and give us options. Jon arrived right on time the day he was planning to come. He took a look at the property. We decided to use inter-locking and Jon gave us a fair estimate. We decided to go on with the project. Once we decided to go for it, Ron came over to give us a more accurate estimate as he was going to be our project manager. A couple of days before he arrived we had a massive wind storm that essentially ripped out our gate, took a post out of the ground, and had a major portion of our fence falling down. We had asked Ron if AHS also replaced fences and gates. They sure did. In fact we also asked if it would be okay to demolish our shed, which was also falling down (we've had this shed for a long time). Ron had no issues doing that and would also lay down a brand new concrete pad to fit a new storage shed. We had a great experience with AHS. Ron was great to deal with. He was always making sure we were good and that we had what we needed and were taken care of. Konstantin and his crew came in to help demo the existing deck, fence and shed. They then laid down the inter-locking and added coping to surround our inground pool. They also helped build some steps using the coping and interlocking to help us get in and out of our back door. Konstantin's team were professional and were always ensuring our needs were met. Timothy and his crew came and installed a new fence and gate. Again they were very professional and responsive throughout. The fence looks outstanding - strong, solid and ready to withstand future wind storms. We are very happy with Action Home Services, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to make improvements around their home. If we had another project in the future, we would definitely reach out to them again. Thank-you Jon, Ron, Konstantin, Timothy and everyone else that worked tirelessly on our project.
