Very pleased from start to finish. Dmitriy was very responsive and professional from my first inquiry to completion of the work. He answered all of my questions before signing the contract, the work started within weeks and was completed same day. When a surprise occurred, Dmitriy quickly came up with a resolution that made my front steps look better than originally planned. My concrete patio and walkway looks brand new and I now look forward using it. Anton and Dmitriy cleaned up at the end of the day leaving my home ready for the complements I received from my neighbours. I would use them again for my next project

We are thrilled with the service that John, his Project Manager Ranat and the team did at our house. The project involved removal and disposal of a large cedar deck and all plants and shrubs, then regrading and providing new soil. This was followed by building a smaller composite deck, a cedar arbour, retaining wall and two flagstone patios. Finally the team planted the new plants, trees and shrubs which we purchased from a nursery. We had a landscape designer provide a detailed drawing of all stonework and plantings which Action followed perfectly, making suggested modifications where appropriate which in every case were embraced by our designer. John also installed a sprinkler system and landscape lighting to enhance the property. We had obtained price ranges for this work from our landscape designer and found Action to be very fair. We highly recommend Action Home Services.

John was consistently polite and professional at all times. His crew was extremely polite and professional and made sure to always be clean and organized. We did have a slight issue and John addressed the issue immediately without any fuss. Special thanks to Dimitry who also was very polite and his attention to detail was not overlooked. My thanks to John and his whole crew.

We needed a new gate for the stairs that lead to the basement and a fence to close our backyard in order to keep our curious toddler safe. John and team did an exceptional job, not only to enclose our backyard but to use the same materials of our fence and deck so that it would look like an extension of the house and not like a weird add on. It took longer that anticipated due to COVID 19 and the fact that getting materials was difficult, but he kept us up to date and set the right expectations. His crew was always on time. Would definitely recommend.

We hired John and his team to renovate our front and backyard with interlock and landscaping. I and my wife called AHS regarding our back deck. We wanted to demolish it and do a patio instead. John came over for an estimate, listened to us, explained how everything works and once we agreed on all details, John sent his team to do the work. The guys were very good, always respectful, did a great job and now we have a very nice patio with a firepit to enjoy the summer.
