    2 Leaking faucets (with drywall damage)...oh, and an external leak

    Had been putting off a several leaking faucets (both bathrooms) for a few months, as I had found another contractor on Homestars who, although was highly rated, was a bust (and that's being kind). Had a sour taste in my mouth, but figured I'd try it again. Called a few plumbers ahead of these guys - but they didn't really appear keen to make money... Saw Galaxy Plumbing, saw the rating, figured what did I have to lose, and called. Best. Decision. Ever. Rob was quick to pick up, enthusiastic on the call (great energy) and actually listened to my problem. THEN, even though it was a Friday, he actually found someone who could come in and take a look at the issues the SAME DAY (yes, mind blown). Leonard came out, was professional (and wore a mask, so he was safe), looked at my challenges and gave me an opinion - then went ahead and fixed what he could (as a bonus, I had a leaking outdoor tap which he fixed as well). From start to finish these guys were professional, and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again (one never knows when something like plumbing comes up again...ugh...damn water).

    Great service, professional, outstanding communication

    We had Rob of Galaxy Plumbing out to our house to inspect the plumbing as we recently moved. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, communicated clearly and he approached his work professionally from the first call we had to set up the appointment. He explained what he thought was going on with a couple of issues we've noticed at our place and explained our options of how we could deal with the different projects. We will definitely hire him again and recommend him to others!

    New plumbing added.

    I was very happy with the job overall. He was very punctual, worked cleanly and was knowledgeable. I was impressed that the estimated time he told me to complete the job was very accurate. Overall I am very satisfied and would call galaxy plumbing again for another job.

    Highly Recommend for ALL your plumbing needs!

    Quick, Efficient and Friendly Service

    I initially called a few companies to give me quotes on the service that I needed. Galaxy Plumbing was very happy to negotiate on the price, and I really appreciate that. I saved over 100.00 by going with Galaxy. Not only that, but the fellow that came to do the job was friendly and helpful. He also did a great job!     Outstanding Service

    Rob from Galaxy plumbing has helped with a couple of projects at our home that are somewhat out of the ordinary (installing Phyn water shutoff device, pressure reducing valve, indoor irrigation system setup). Rob presented me with well thought out plans, was open to my input and provided outstanding and timely service. The materials used and the workmanship was of the very highest quality.

    Emergency Hot Water Failure

    I had an Issue with my hot water mixing valve, and lost significant hot water pressure in my home. Rob and his team and Galaxy Plumbing quickly responded (next morning) and helped fix my issue. Leonard the rep that showed up, was very polite, and explained the problem and quickly repaired the plumbing. Cant recommend these guys enough.

    bathroom leak repair

    we had a potentially costly leak in the shower but the plumber figured out a way to replace the faulty part without having to damage the tile or the drywall behind...clean efficient and prompt service....will use them again

    Refrigerator Main Water line

    I needed a professional whom could find where the waterline from my fridge was going to, and change the line since the house is nearing 20yrs old and the line has leaked twice already. Rob approached me and when I explained to him what needs to be done, right from the beginning he knew how it needs to be taken care of and what needs to be done since we didn't know where the line led too. He gave me a ballpark estimate and I agreed. Less than 24hrs later, he setup an app. for me and exactly on time his crew arrived. Since the water line was going into the main floor and ending up somewhere in the basement, I didn't want any holes made in the walls and the ceilings. His crew assured me they will take the cleanest and safest route. As being a professional, they knew exactly where the line would lead to, and found the shutoff valve as they guessed. There was no holes in the walls or the ceiling of my basement, they found the exact location of the shutoff valve a small square was cut off in the ceiling to shutoff the valve and replace the plastic line with copper. Rob's crew is the best in the business and I would highly recommend him to do any plumbing work, no matter the kind of the house. Extremely professional, thorough and detail oriented. There was no guessing of anything, exact source was found and job done. Galaxy Plumbing is the best in business and if I could give 100 stars, I would have. Keep up the good work Rob, you deserve all the success

    Plumbing Services

    We had a leak in an expensive fixture in the bathroom. Rob came recommended by another company. He was responsive and arrived on time (actually a bit early). Very professional. Figured out the problem and repaired it. Gave me some advice in case the problem resurfaces. Great experience!
