Paul from 99 North made this a good reno experience. He was able to help me move from magazine ideas to an efficient kitchen which also (and especially) looks great. Questions were answered clearly and concerns were acted upon to my satisfaction. His sub contractors were all on time with their services and their workmanship was very good. I would certainly make use of 99 North for another project.

We had a very good experience dealing with Paul from 99 North Renovations. We are very happy with the end result as we renovated a very old basement and converted it into brand new living space. We can tell that Paul genuinely cares about pleasing his clients and was an easy guy to partner with as we did this major renovation.

99 North came highly regarded from a friend who used them previously for a windows replacement/ siding job. We were very happy with the job done, his responsiveness, and professionalism. We are looking forward to hiring 99 North again!

Had about 90% of the house renovated including the kitchen. We originally were going to reface the cabinets and add new doors and quartz countertops, but Paul convinced us that he could give us a new kitchen at the same price. We went ahead with his suggestion and we couldn't be happier. It turned out much better then we expected. Paul is straight forward and honest. His communication is great as he was always giving me a heads up on what work was scheduled next.

After firing a different contractor due to their neglect and incompetence Paul Newman of 99 North completed my basement renovation in record time. Paul and his team helped prepare for a major ceramic tile renovation. He had the guys on site as scheduled and they accomplished the task promptly, efficiently with no delays. We will definitely use them again.

Paul is very professional and his is attention to detail was also impressive. He made sure to understand all parts of the manufacturers quote so that the correct product was ordered. Although 99 North renovations is a newer company Paul has been in the industry for a long time and is extremely knowledgeable.
