    Asbestos and Baseboard Removal

    Work involved asbestos remediation around registers. Gabriel and team did a fantastic job. Quote was accurate, no surprises. Great communication throughout the process. Once the job was complete, the team did a thorough cleaning and duct cleaning. Awesome work. I highly recommend Healthy Home Center and will use them in the future for any kind of remediation processes.

    Mold Remediation Service

    Healthy Home Service came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They performed mold remediation to one of our rental units that tested very high for mold as per OIES (Ottawa Indoor Environmental Services). Their quick response, attention to detail, safety/sealing off of affected areas and quality of work was stellar. This included cleaning of ducts afterwards and thorough cleaning of all areas following the mold removal. Upon retesting by OIES, post remediation, we found out the job they did was superb.     Basement mold remediation

    (unsure of cost as my Co-op received the invoice!) Highly recommended these guys!! The crew of workers who came to my house worked hard and were very friendly. They didn't care that my Spanish wasnt so great! Haha They did a FANTASTIC job - seriously, my house hasn't been this clean in 3 years since getting sick from mold. Definitely would use again (but hopefully I don't have to!)

    Basement remediation

    Healthy Home Centre performed a complete remediation of my basement, including removal of the existing floor, ceilings (following the guidelines for asbestos abatement) and walls, a multi-step cleaning of all surfaces to remove any possible mold and organic debris contaminants, and anti-bacterial treatments of all surfaces to prepare for renovation. All stages of the remediation were done with powerful hepa filters, blocking of the HVAC system to prevent cross-contamination with the rest of the house, and a seal between the basement and main floor of the house. The final step upon completion of the work was a thorough furnace and duct cleaning. Gabriel explained all the work very carefully in language that was easy to understand, and detailed every step of the work in the contract. He was easy to contact and responded to questions within the same day. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. I undertook this remediation as I have a son with a severe respiratory illness, and needed to ensure the air quality in the basement and entire house was as pristine as could be. Gabriel and his team understood the gravity of this work and went above and beyond in ensuring my son can live in a healthy space!

    Mold remediation and repairs

    Gabriel at Healthy Home Environmental Solutions is thorough, fast, professional and affordable. He is my go-to person for mould and mildew issues because I know the job will be done correctly when Gabriel is the one to fix it. I don't have time to re-visit work that has not been completed thoroughly or carefully enough which is why I always turn to Healthy Home Environmental Solutions when these types of issues come up.

    Mold remediation

    I became concerned about the air quality and potential effects on my health after I noticed several mold spots in my house. When I contacted Healthy Home Center, Gabriel visited my house, identified the source of the mold, and explained the work that would need to be done. I had a lot of questions and Gabriel took the time to answer each and every one of my questions either in person, by e-mail or over the phone. Gabriel and his team were very professional, handled my belongings with care, and completed the work on-time and on budget. An air quality test was performed before and after the mold remediation and the final air quality test confirmed that the problem was addressed. I was very happy with the service that was provided and I would recommend Healthy Home Center with no hesitation.

    Mold remediation and air particle cleaning

    Our basement had some issues with mold due to moisture in our cold storage room, furnace room and a few other areas. Gabriel responded promptly to our enquiry for remediation services, assessed the issue well, and his team did a fantastic job with taking care of it within a couple of days. The basement and our items were well sealed off and covered by his team and the mold was taken care of. Gabriel was also able to suggest some additional improvements that we could make to ensure moisture doesn't continue to be an issue. His team also provided air particulate cleaning equipment as well. I would highly recommend their services!

    Mold in attic above master ensuite

    We just bought a house and our inspector told us that he noticed that there was mold in the attic above the master ensuite probably due to the fan not working or a leak in the ductwork. Gabriel and his team came and not only took care of the mold but fixed a number of other things he noticed in the attic as well as checking the ductwork quality for no extra charge. We have the young children in the house so it was very appreciated that Gabriel took care to seal the wheel site and vented everything properly. This isn't something I would leave to amateurs and I am fully satisfied that the issue has been resolved. Thank you Gabriel for a fantastic job and for the regular updates and photos to show the progress. The work was done in less than one day.

    Asbestos tile removal

    Gabriel and his team were fantastic, well informed and very polite! The work was done with extreme care and they cleaned everything up leaving not a trace behind. I am very happy with the work and the time that Gabriel took to explain everything to me.

    Mold and Dampness

    We had a mold and dampness issue on the basement outer wall caused by improper sealing of the wall to the floor. Gabriel at Health Home Center responded to our call quickly, assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and provided a quote detailing the work to be done. Within a few days they returned, sealed the area, cleaned the area of mold and properly sealed the floor to the wall. In addition they also took the time to properly taping any open areas in the insulation and clean and disinfect areas where mice dropping were found. We found Gabriel and his staff to be polite, efficient, clean and very pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
