    R & R old Sod and Topsoil on Front Lawn

    Leaf clean up and Plow

    They are very thrall and clean and always do more then expected very professional , respectful and are very accommodating when you have an issue with time and completion (rush job). And always finish in a timely matter. Also they are right on par with pricing.

    Knowledgeable, Timely and Reasonably Priced

    We reached out to three Homestars highly rated companies and ultimately decided to use Michael Durham Landscaping to regrade and sod our backyard. Michael was responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He evaluated our backyard and was able to identify the root cause of the issues we were having and offered several options and ideas within our budget to resolve them. He was honest and open and did not push us to make a decision. When the time came to do the work, his team was efficient and respectful, with an excellent result. We were very happy with Michael and his team and would gladly recommend him!

    Sod Replacement

    My backyard yard had totally died over the summer and was also taken over by weeds. The front yard had big dead patches from bug infestation and needed leveling. Michael Durham landscaping did a great job from start to finish. They came out right away when I called to measure things up and give me a quote. The crew that came out to remove the old sod, level the ground, apply topsoil then install new sod did a great job. They were professional and took pride in their work making sure everything was done properly right down to making sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend this company, as I already have to neighbours.

    Small project, exceptional workmanship

    We had a small backyard landscaping project, evening out the dirt & re-sodding. It was only a $1000 job but we were still treated as if it were a $10,000 job. Michael contacted me with our date & I came home to a beautiful backyard. I am already planning my next project and will definitely use Michael Durham again. Very happy with my results!

    Lawn replacement and levelled out

    Our lawn was brown and had a lot of weeds. We had a birch tree that we had taken down a few years ago and then this year had the stump removed but there was a like a hill and we wanted the lawn to be level as it made it hard to cut the grass.

    Great backyard sod installation!

    Michael and his team of landscapers are top-tier professionals who provide a high-quality service that can't be beat. They are very busy so there can be a lack of communication at times, however, they showed when they scheduled to be there and rolled out 1,000 sq. of sod in less than 3 hours without cutting any corners. I would highly recommend Michael Durham landscaping to anyone!

    Front yard

    Great job. My initial phone call was returned immediately. The crew that did the work were professional, friendly and meticulous. I am very pleased with the finished look. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. I have already recommended Michael Durham to my neighbours.

    Perfect sod job

    I really love and appicate the sod job that you and your staff had done for my townhouse backyard the sod is wonderful and grew really amazing i recomend using this company from now on and so forth , thank you to you and your team :)

    New front sod

    While I am very pleased with the end result and the sod looks great I had to monitor Mike's crew during the process and had significant cleanup to do afterwards. He should invest in a pressure washer to clean mud off the driveway. Also, I have a fibre optic cable that was to be "just under the new sod" until I asked that it be trenched further down.
