I have been using this company for years for all of my pool supplies and equipment You’re always willing to answer your questions they have reasonable prices and good service

I’ve been a customer since the year 2000 when I purchased a spa. Since I have owned this spa, I purchase products from this warehouse, and also have had service to my spa when it is required. Their service is awesome and it’s always the same person Johnny and he is excellent. When I go in to the warehouse for products the service is the best and their products are my go to brand. I’m always grateful for their honesty and their advice when I have an issue with my spa Thank you to Alex !! even though I want a new spa he’s given me such great advice that I’ve had a few more years out of it :-).

Had been searching for a Napoleon BBQ for a while and had not found anyone overly helpful or knowledgeable when asking questions. Being my first purchase of a natural gas BBQ, I had a few. After searching online, I found Rec Warehouse's ad on Kijiji. I picked up the call and the sales staff were eager to help me. After informing me of the great rebates from the OEM & the great end of season sale they were having, I was excited to come in and check out the Napoleon Prestige line. When in the store, everyone was friendly. Even though they were swamped, the sales person made the time for me to answer my questions. After seeing the initial BBQ I intended to purchase, I found a smaller Napoleon P-500NK2. I asked about the difference between the two, and the sales person was very honest, saying it was just a sideburner attachment. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward nature. I purchased the P-500NK2 off of the floor and the staff helped me wrap & load the BBQ onto my truck. Would recommend buying a BBQ, pool, or anything else Recreational Warehouse sells! A+++++ Will be back.

We have been using Recreational warehouse for all of our pool supply needs for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The free water sample testing is a great perk and the accuracy of the readings keep our pool in perfect shape all season long.

From choosing the right pool size and equipment to installation and service, the crew at Recreational Warehouse have always been as professional as they come. Never trying to upsell and have all the recommendations and solutions for every need. If you are looking for a pool or hot tub, I would strongly recommend a visit to them before purchasing anywhere else.

I have shopped at the Mississauga location of this company for over 20 years and have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The computerized water test facility is great and you get a printout of the results to assist you in water management. Prices are great and highly recommend this supplier.

I have been a long time customer because of the outstanding service and depth of knowledge in the business. Whenever I have had an issue with my pool, they were able to accurately diagnose it and come up with a successful solution. Great company; great service.

I have been a faithful customer of Recreational Warehouse because of their service, expertise and genuine knowledge of keeping your hot tub in perfect running condition. Alex is always telling me of new products coming into the market that will reduce time of cleaning and increase our time in the hot tub. We use Eco Brite Spa Water Care System and Refresh Plus and have enjoyed using our hot tub for the past 7 years! Thanks Recreational Warehouse Mississauga!

We have always experienced professional and courteous service from the Mississauga location. The warehouse is quite large and always has supplies and chemicals in stock. Staff are very helpful with practical advise for pool and spa needs.

We bought our hot tub from Recreational Warehouse in 2003 (after a recommendation from a friend) and we love the tub to this day. We have had some service requirements over the years, and the staff at Recreational Warehouse have always been very prompt and efficient to our needs. If we were to do it all over again, I will certainly go back to Recreational Warehouse Mississauga.
